I will start by saying I am very happy with my Mini. I came in on a Friday afternoon. The sales person I had been texting with was busy. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and another associate he I came in on a Friday afternoon. The sales person I had been texting with was busy. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and another associate helped me with test driving the vehicle. I did have to wait several hours to complete the cash purchase. At this time it was quite late. My car was sent for detail but it was assumed I wasn’t taking it that night because it was so late. My key was in the locker of the employee but I was provided the spare and the key was mailed to me. I was hoping at some point someone would go over some of the features of the car. I’ve purchased a certified preowned Mini in the past and was given a very nice walk through of the vehicle. In this instance I was given my car and I was literally the last person at the dealership. I wasn’t comfortable sitting alone at night in the parking lot trying to learn about my vehicle. It was snowing and I had an hour drive home. I’m still trying to learn the nuances of my Clubman and set myself as primary driver. Overall I feel as though my experience is probably the exception, however, I’m not sure I would purchase another vehicle here based on this experience. More

Bought a WRX from here on a Saturday and overall a good experience. We had a question about a recall and questions were answered in a timely manner. Jessica Blake provided great service.
