Returned to Shortline group after purchasing my Mazda and was very pleased with the experience. Needed a more affordable car for son so looked at other Shortline dealership options, Jason at Mazda helped to identify vehicles in my price range to start our experience. Issues arose over the financing issues at Hyundai dealership. They did work with us and did get payments to where I was satisfied. I did not feel that the Hyundai staff was very vested in our business. So was not a positive experience for my son's first car buying experience. Jason at Mazda was supportive and assisted with Hyundai staff in completing deal to my satisfaction. I returned to the Shortline group due to his customer service and did expect the same from all of your dealerships. More
