As a woman, I am accustomed to the steamroll tactic. I experienced none of this behavior from Rashid or any of the gentleman I dealt with that day. Personable and warm. Great Experience I am usually not a fan of the process to get a new car. The test drive is fun, but that's about it. I went to Shortline because I'd been there before I am usually not a fan of the process to get a new car. The test drive is fun, but that's about it. I went to Shortline because I'd been there before (having previously leased a Hyundai and using their Service Center). I had an idea of what I wanted and I felt like my experience that day could not have been better. The team was kind, patient, and not at all pushy (in the stereotypical "car-sales-y way").
