Good experience and right vehicle at the right price I would definitely go back as I got a great deal on my recent purchase, very friendly sales person - honest at front and I didn't feel pressure to rus I would definitely go back as I got a great deal on my recent purchase, very friendly sales person - honest at front and I didn't feel pressure to rush into purchasing the vehicle. I had a good experience overall, but I have a couple of things to point out that unfortunately could damage a customers to go back in the future. 1. When I walked in, I said hi to one of the front desk persons (don't recall the name), well this person not only didn't replied or greeted me but instead stared at me like " What are you doing here or what you want?" When you are a minority is very easy to take this as a racist act and one just walked away; and that is one thing that had kept me from buying from Honda and Toyota in the past very unfriendly people that profile you as you don't have money to buy a new car.. Your news; I am a Hyundai returning customer and this is my 4th Hyundai purchase. Luckily Yoseph and the other staff I dealt with was great and I forgot the small incident at the front door quickly. 2. The speed to close the deal after I had an agreement with Yoseph was too slow, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get to the office of the finance person; got to the dealer about 430ish and left by past 930pm. 3. The calculations on my loan were incorrect; although I don't believe this was done in bad faith this would had cost me ~ $2300 more in my loan plus any interest attached to it and a higher monthly payment. I had to go back to the dealer next day, wait for another 1+ hrs to get help and despite everything being fixed I just wonder how a person who does not have the skill to understand the math behind this loans, would catch an error like this and not pay more than agreed. More
