Save your time My fiancé and I went in to get a new vehicle. We go in the night before to fill out all the paperwork on our end but our co-signer could not come in t My fiancé and I went in to get a new vehicle. We go in the night before to fill out all the paperwork on our end but our co-signer could not come in till the following day. We were going to lease a Hyundai Tucson and the price came out to $213. We spend an hour the night before with Laurie going over the payments and had everything settled. We show up the filling day after they had ran credit and had everything ready to go, right before we signed the paperwork I asked Laurie to confirm everything we talked about the night before. She tell us the payment is $316!!! Not even close to the price they quoted us less than 24 hours later. Long story short the guy behind the desk says there is nothing he can do and there was never a price of this sort! My fiancé had already sold her old car that day. Talk about the worst customer service! I will never do business here and encourage no one else to! They are scam artists and could care less about their customers! I recommend Suss down the way! Very professional and saves you all the time and headaches! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! More
