Honest, Diligent & Great Customer Service I inquired about a car online. It had just came in so there was no pictures or information. Attila Immediately reached out and took the time to shoot I inquired about a car online. It had just came in so there was no pictures or information. Attila Immediately reached out and took the time to shoot a personal video of the car so I could have a virtual tour. We set an appointment the next day and his outstanding customer service didn't stop there. He let us take a test drive while he Worked out the numbers and evaluated my trade in. When you buy a Car usually you expect the price to keep going up, it in fact was the opposite in my experience. The price we originally expected actually ended up cheaper after they ran the final numbers. The fact they disclosed this and made the adjustment AFTER they knew I was willing to pay more was a very honorable thing. I complexity trust they put the customer first and never felt like they were trying to haggle or GET ME for the most they could. Overall it was Fast, trusting, and and great experience. I recommend going here for you next car!!! More

Great Customer Service, Took Way Too Long This was my first car buying experience, and I love the vehicle I bought; a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. It had everything I was looking for and then some. I This was my first car buying experience, and I love the vehicle I bought; a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. It had everything I was looking for and then some. I used the chat feature to schedule an appointment, and the bot knew who I was, andthe car I was looking for before I typed anything. It was surprising, but helped save time. My husband and I worked with Hanock and he was professional, friendly, and really down to earth. He made the process as smooth as he could, but there were several hiccups with the system beyond his control. The appointment started at 12 noon, and we didn't drive off the lot until after 7pm. 45 minutes of that time I had to return my rental before they closed. I didn't think the process was going to last past 5pm. I hoped by the time we got back we'd be ready to have everything signed, but we still had to wait. I know the issue wasn't just one person's fault, but the length of time truly did put a damper on the experience. Again, Hanock could not have been more obliging and helpful when he could. They did offer to cover our dinner, which we accepted, and had fast food since we were exhsusted. We also found out after the fact, they were only going to cover $20. Eventually everything was covered thanks to Hanock. Hanock also helped cover the rental company's late fee. Overall, I'm grateful to have a wonderful new car, and a service representative, Hanocm, that answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Once the new system they're using is up and running, hopefully my 7 hour experience will be an outlier. More

Having recently accompanied a few relatives on their car shopping adventures I was hesitant on what my own experience would be like, however Shortline Having recently accompanied a few relatives on their car shopping adventures I was hesitant on what my own experience would be like, however Shortline/(Schomp) Hyundai reassured me not all dealerships are the same. When I inquired about a vehicle Hanock promptly replied with a video of the car and scheduled an appointment with me. The day of the appointment I arrived quite early yet Hanock was ready to assist me shortly after my arrival, during my short waiting period all staff members checked in with me to ensure I didn't need anything. During our test Drive Hanock showed us some fun features in the car, and asked what wishes we had for our vehicle, as well as what we felt financially comfortable with. Once we had decided on a car we got to work with Yoseph on our trade in. We came along for his test drive which was educational for us on their trade in process and we got to know a little bit about each other. We definitely got a very fair deal for our vehicle! Once we were wrapping things up on our financing we were shown great options to ensure we had additional coverage on our vehicle which we were able to customize to our budget and preferences. Ken finalized our loan paperwork and was able to get us out the door in a good amount of time with all our questions answered. The whole process was very smooth, informative and effective. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, especially those who want honesty and fairness! More
