He was very patient with my many questions and had ready answers for each one. I also dealt with Jin in the Service Department. He was very easy to work with and helped to fix up a few minor things. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs. You can tell that the staff at Shortline take great pride in their work, and they should. The dealership's policies made it so much easier and less stressful to purchase there. Shortline's 48 hr return policy gave me a lot of peace of mind. All in all, I feel that the company policies and amazing staff made buying a new car a great experience. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
