After I told you the problem your answer to me was "there is three sides to every story" Again, your lack of an apology for the incident shows me your lack of sincerity. Your service associate was told to do nothing to the car. Then was texted a message to talk to a salesman it was confirmed by him in a reply text message a salesman would be contacting us (Never happened). Yet when my wife came to get the vehicle after we spoke on the phone, she had to wait because you were doing recall work on it five days after we asked you to do nothing to the car and asked for a salesman to contact us. And you want me to care that you will do better going forward? I believe you should have done better after I made you aware of the situation. On top of that your technicians returned the car to my wife waring no gloves, no mask, and removed the Covid 19 sign without disinfecting the car before returning the keys, during a pandemic. Dirtier than when it was dropped off and then you ask me if I really think you owe me for cleaning the car? I believe you owe me a lot more than that. God forbid anyone gets sick because of the negligence shown by your staff. If any of your supervisor’s doubt what I’m saying I invite them to read the 18 email transactions between you and me. Good Afternoon Stephen, I sincerely appreciate your time in writing this review and spending it driving to and from the dealership today. After speaking with Alex Zavala the client-advisor who you dealt with, he mentioned that he sent you a video yesterday of a previous video he made for a different customer on this same vehicle. Yesterday, we were closed due to the Global Crisis, so this is to the best of his abilities while we are not at the store. We will use this as a learning opportunity to go over each and every item or explain that we don't have the information in front of us and insist on a waiting period prior to arriving at the dealership. This vehicle is fully disclosed as "As-Is," no implied warranty online and through discussions that Alex had with you. Alex further mentioned that he offered to get this information to you when he got back to work this morning, but you insisted on being here at the dealership when we opened, thus not allowing us the time to get you this information. Alex mentioned that you were disappointed when we would not negotiate with you after you saw the vehicle in-person, which I believe may be the cause for most of the frustration. When your question of how is the paint on the car is answered with amazing its in great quality to only be blindsided by what I would consider extensive damage because the whole rear of the car needs replaced and the thus would have to have another paint job. I insisted on getting the vehicle as soon as possible because had it be in the quality that the pictures and the type of car it is it should not last long on any lot, and being 3 hours away I am at a huge disadvantage because I have to rely on your sales person word which in this case a lie and pictures that can hide problems. The video being taken for another customer is a horrible excuse being that it was shot by the same salesperson i dealt with. After watching it back the trunk lid is shown in the video but briefly since he was discussing the rear quarters of the car. He also states in the video that "there is no visible damage either, all the way around." All while doing his best to hide the passenger A pillar. The video while not directed at me personally was directed at a potential buyer who was at a dis service with this and possibly why they didn't buy the vehicle as well. Your photos are also taken in such a manner with the lighting hiding the A pillar. Also using this pandemic as an excuse for his lack of knowledge on the vehicle is not clearly he has dealt first hand with the same vehicle. It is not as if the car had just arrived over the weekend and he had never seen it before. This whole situation was handled almost as bad as it can get.
