I reached out to Alex a week ago. We did a lot of emailing back and forth about the vehicle and he said to let him know as soon as we could take time to head up to the dealership so he could take tim emailing back and forth about the vehicle and he said to let him know as soon as we could take time to head up to the dealership so he could take time with our family. We were considering a used Elantra. Once we arrived, we were greeted multiple times by other employees and checked on while we waited for Alex (who was finishing up with another client). We discussed the used Elantra vs the new, the rebates, and options. Ultimately (and not planned at all), we purchased a 2021 Elantra for our 16 year old daughter. Alex took the time to sit with us and our daughter going over prices and monthly payments. This was really important to us bc we are having her pay for half her payments. So making sure she could afford it as well was important. Alex then took the time to sit in the vehicle with our daughter and show her how everything worked!
