She was direct, honest, felt that she knows her business and was extremely comfortable with her. Asked if I could take a test drive -- and Joyce came along with me! While we were driving, she told me the benefits of the car. Bottom line: Trusted her because she is trust worthy, no pressure to by the car, very very nice. Next day came back with my son and bought a used Subaru... I bought the 2011 Subaru Impreza... I visited four dealerships before I visited with Joyce Thompson. Comfort level was great. Purchase of Hyundai Santa Fe Joyce and Gabriel were both great with my car buying experience. I saw an ad in the newspaper for a wonderful price on a Santa Fe at Shortline. Ofte Joyce and Gabriel were both great with my car buying experience. I saw an ad in the newspaper for a wonderful price on a Santa Fe at Shortline. Oftentimes, I've found other fees are added on when you actually get to a car dealership. This was not the case at Shortline - the price advertised was exactly what I paid. A great experience! Went to Shortline Hyundai and Shamil greeted us with a warm smile, asked me what I was looking for in a car and found two that fit my criteria. Didn't hassle me and was honest. Each car had everything I was looking for and they had the best prices around. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elentra with great millage and unbeatable price. He even called to check and see how I was liking my new car. The comparison to other dealerships is simple. Other places see you as a dollar sign. Shortline treats you like family. More
