Amazing service! When I arrived at Shortline Hyundai, my 2006 Elantra arrived on a flat bed tow truck. The service team was friendly and got my car in for a diagnostic When I arrived at Shortline Hyundai, my 2006 Elantra arrived on a flat bed tow truck. The service team was friendly and got my car in for a diagnostic test very quickly. Unfortunately the cost of repairs did not make sense given the age of my car. Rashid Kotroo had checked in on me while I was waiting in the service department and we worked together to find me a new car. I had not planned on getting a new car that day but circumstances made it necessary. I appreciated how through Rashid was when we were talking about what kind of car I needed to look at and what was important to me in my new car. I am please to continue to be a Hyundai owner and look forward to a long relationship with Shortline Hyundai! More
