Delia Helms is a Super Star Sales Person! So, I was in the market for a new Hyundai Veloster. I started on the Shortline Hyundai website and came across the perfect model that fit my needs and So, I was in the market for a new Hyundai Veloster. Then I revived an email from Delia Helms, let me know that she would love to show me the car. I contacted her by phone and by the time I got to the dealer, say 30 minutes she already had the car in the front warm and ready to test drive. What a doll! She was so polite and professional. I really enjoyed working with her on my new car purchase. She even stayed late to go over all the car features and technology that the car offers. She even helped me download the blue link app to start my car from my phone...pretty cool. If your in the market I would differently choose Shortline Hyundai as your destination and don't forget to ask for Delia Helms she is a super star sales person but will make you feel like an even bigger star once you drive away in a new car with a great deal. That should be addressed as it reflects poorly on the dealership. Otherwise, I can only speak highly of my sales person, Yoseph Albouria, and his Sales Manager (who's name escapes me). I would not have worked with or bought from the other sales guys that approached me that day. More
