This is my second time coming back to work with Atilla. He took good care of me in 2020 when I got my car. I came back to trade the same car back in for a new on this past weekend. I waited for a couple weeks to work specifically with him because he goes above and beyond for you. He worked on a lot of things like paperwork and getting the car cleaned and detailed and ready to go before I even got there. All I had to do was sign all the paperwork and documents when got there and view the vehicle!! I really appreciate his hard work and getting me into my new 2023 vehicle. I highly recommend this employee! More
Service is rude and argumentative, and they don’t honor appointments. This has happened frequently for me since buying my car at Schomp. Service dis-manager says that hard to get appointments are only a ti appointments. This has happened frequently for me since buying my car at Schomp. Service dis-manager says that hard to get appointments are only a time to meet an advisor and not related to when they will actually get around ti doing the work. I had an appointment today for an alignment, was told it would a three hour wait. Two weeks ago it took over two hours for an oil change. Appointments are booked by telephone at an offsite call center which the dealership blames for their own failures. More
I brought my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq in to service a recall notice. When I picked up the car there was a scratch on the driver door that wasn’t there when the car was brought in. I told the agent who brought me the car and he offered to get me some paint so I could touch up the scratch myself and told me it wouldn’t cost much—this was the cheapest way to go. The repair shop was closing in a few minutes so I took the car and called Sarah Buttars, the service agent, the next day leaving a message detailing what had happened and asked for a call back. No call. This morning I called the manager, related my story to the desk operator and was told that Pete Racich was unavailable but that Tim Heinz would call me back. Thus far no call. More

Attila made it the best experience from the beginning by helping me every part of the way. He took his time to explain every single detail and I was rest assured that I was making a great decision. Not only were the prices highly competitive but they made it so easy to purchase a car in a different state. When arriving to pick-up the car, I was more than appreciative of Attila. He took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the car and helped me set up my Apple Maps so I could have a safe drive home. The service center is disrespectful and dismissive. I bought a service contract through the dealership for 4 oil changes a year.They only ever do just one and that is big problem to have that done. Dollars for a oil change that takes a least FIVE HOURS.The service Representative said I should have gone to the Mercedes Benz dealership for service. I wish I had it would have been cheaper and I would have been treated so much better. I have been going for two years on a five year service contract. I think this next service will be my last.It’s just not worth the aggravation and headaches to finish the contract out.Great buying experience.Horrible service Experience. More
