I did email you two days before posting this same review on multiple sites to give you a chance to respond to the poor service. In typical fashion of your dealership I did not hear anything back, either by the phone number left to you in the email or by email. The email address that I was given by Bill Organ was Jason.White@schomp.com. I'm not sure if you either don't find it necessary to respond to direct customers outside of a public website or if I was given a phony email address initially but this is very similar to the service we received from you in the first place.

Hi Hondaguyjon, I'm so sorry to hear of the frustration you experienced during your visit. We were in fact short staffed for much of the week and, further, had mistakenly booked more than 130% of our regular appointment load. This led to significant delays and, moreover, a truly unacceptable level of service for many clients. Please know this was not indicative of the service we strive to provide. I've committed to making strides in streamlining every step of our service process in the coming weeks which, in turn, will hopefully begin to turn things around.
