The service team fit me in immediately and corrected the issue that caused the battery to fail quickly and efficiently. Thus, allowing my "Monday" to get back on track quickly. Well they moved... pretty far away... so I tried a variety of closer options. They were ok, but - for a variety of reasons ended up back at Schomp and was reminded what a compelling overall package they present. Worth the drive! More

Whats making that noise? Bought a new Odessey in June at Schomp. In August it started making a weird sound. I live 700 miles from Denver in the west Texas desert so no going Bought a new Odessey in June at Schomp. In August it started making a weird sound. I live 700 miles from Denver in the west Texas desert so no going to Schomp for service. I went to two different Honda dealer each about 200 miles away and got no satisfaction. They were stumped because the noise was intermittent and did not get to hear it. My husband called the General Manager where we bought it who was sympathetic and HELPFUL. He put us in contact with Byron Klebold who had no immediate answer but went home and did some research and called back the next morning with a bulletin number which seemed to describe the problem we were having. When I was able to get to a "close" dealership I gave them the bulletin #, they ordered parts and fixed it. Thank you Byron. More
