Schomp Honda - Service Center

Apparently you did not read my previous reply. I did not have a good experience but will continue to use the Quick Lube and hope for better service. My daughter bought a used Honda Accord last year as her first car and brought it to have it checked out and serviced at that time. Johnny Nguyen helped us in the service department and we have come back because of the great customer service and care. Due to this great care, my son will be purchasing a used car in the new future and it will be a Honda and we will be using your service department for his car too. The Service Department personnel have also been nothing but professional and friendly and have provided the best service available. Great service as usual. All my questions answered, service explained in detail. They did experience a delay in retreiving my car after the service was done. Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. Terry in the Service Department did an excellent job providing great service. He took the time to listen to my description of what the issues were, and also didn't rush in trying to figure out the prob providing great service.
