The service manager, Jim Thurman, takes care to listen to our needs and fully answers all questions, enabling us to make a good decision. The team that handles the repairs is excellent. They are professional and courteous at all times. Terry, Brady, Rob and everyone else we've dealt with are genuinely interested in making sure we're happy with the outcome. Schomp tech. installed 04523-SNA-A01; set, upper arm RR installed update rear trailing arms and preformed four wheel alignment. The car still had loud tire noise, but I drove it a little over 200 miles to see if the noise would go away. It did no,t so I went to Schomp service on 7-17-14 to see if service advisor could have someone drive my car and diagnose the problem. Told me the only way it would go away is buy a new set of tires. I don't even know if he test drove the car. I believe the company may have a policy of just "shining on" the customer until you tired of the runaround a just go away. Honda has had this problem with civic's for a long time. MY ADVISE IS DON'T BUY A HONDA. More

Schomp Honda is just amazing. his is truly concierge type service with personal attention from start to finish. I was in and out to drop off in a flash and pick up was the same. The work was completed on tim service with personal attention from start to finish. I was in and out to drop off in a flash and pick up was the same. The work was completed on time. I requested an AWD or 4WD rental because the weather was awful and they were happy to provide this. It was below zero the day of service so they were not able to provide the complimentary car wash but offered to have me drop back anytime for this service free of charge. I purchased my new CRV in 2013 from this dealership primarily because I had heard about the legendary customer service and I could not be happier with this decision. Legendary customer service is exactly what I have been receiving. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

My experience started with Adam, when I called to make appointments for my car as well as my mother's car for service. I took my Honda Accord in two days ago for the 90,000 mile maintenance. Josh was my appointments for my car as well as my mother's car for service. I took my Honda Accord in two days ago for the 90,000 mile maintenance. Josh was my service adviser and he was not in when I dropped my car off early. Chad, another technician, took my information and said Josh and his crew would get to work on it as soon as they got in at 3:00. At 3:15 Josh called and told me what work needed to be done on my car and said it would be done by 8:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. he called to let me know my car was ready. He was friendly and efficient when I arrived to pick it up. Today I took my mom's Civic in because of a rattle. Terry rode around with me for a while until he heard the rattle. He tried many things while we were in a parking lot...he didn't wait until we got back to the shop to look at it. He finally said he needed to get it back to the shop and up in the air so he could look under it. After almost 4 hours of looking, tightening bolts, checking connections (basically looking at everything), they could not determine where the rattle was coming from, but declared the car safe to drive. Terry and another technician put in a a great deal of time and I was not charged for any of it. I appreciate the determination and efficiency of the service staff at Ralph Schomp's. i would not take my car anywhere else. More
