excellent service from customer service rep, Ali Guida! I was on the verge of cancelling my appt for service on my Honda, since the service center had been moved very far from where I live. However, I deci I was on the verge of cancelling my appt for service on my Honda, since the service center had been moved very far from where I live. However, I decided to keep the appointment since I had been happy with their past service. I met with Ali Guida, my service rep. She was knowledgeable, polite, helpful- and she made me feel that I had made the right decision in returning to Schomp for maintenance on my car.. I was extremely happy with the service. So, despite the fact that the dealership is so far from my home, I WILL continue to come to Schomp for future service. Ali Guida is to be complimented on her outstanding assistance.
