First time buying a Honda.Purchased a certified 2014 Honda crz with 22,000 miles. Salesman told me to purchase the extended warranty so the car would be coverd bumper to bumper the duration of my loan.N Honda crz with 22,000 miles. Salesman told me to purchase the extended warranty so the car would be coverd bumper to bumper the duration of my loan.Not true.24 months later,the transmission needed to be replaced. After that,the engine had a noise so I took it in,it needs to be replaced.Not covered! So I have a certified pre-owned 2014 Honda crz hybrid that has 90,000 miles and is a piece of S@#t.$5000 to repaired a honda that should get at least 200,000 miles no problem.I am stuck with a car that's worthless, I am sick to my stomach over it.The transmission took a month,the car has 90,000, the warranty expired 12/20/2020, they never told me a thing! Junk, buyers beware! More

I have purchased many cars over the years but have never had a more pleasant experience than my purchase this weekend. If you do like fancier cars, this dealership has a variety of cars for various price ranges and they can easily do on the spot upgrades in their service dept. I traded in my car and Jeffs work associate in charge of trade ins Kiersten was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We came and looked at one of the cars we wanted and we decided the next day we would get the vehicle we called the sale lady told her and scheduled an apt and we brought in our preapproval letter and paym decided the next day we would get the vehicle we called the sale lady told her and scheduled an apt and we brought in our preapproval letter and payment we were ready to get in and out. We sat there for 3 hours mostly by ourselves while we watched our sales lady help another lady. They told us that they would check on why the steering wheel was shacking. They came back and told us it was the alignment and that it would get fixed right away. We finally said we cant wait here any longer and told us that they would get the alignment fixed and bring the car to us about 5 pm. We didn't get the car till 7pm and the alignment wasn't fixed. When we called them the next day they refused to fixed the problem.. I was not impressed at all on how we were treated and they refused to fix the alignment problem. I will never shop here again and i will make sure nobody that i know shops here either. More
