I also really appreciated his consistent check in asking if we had questions or needed additional info. The night we finally purchased the car it was snowing and not only did Zach clean off our new car purchased but went out into the snow and cleaned, warmed up my husbands car. They checked in to help nearly everyday, without being pushy or obnoxious...like some car dealers. The General Manager even sent me a couple emails, just to make sure I was getting the info & help I needed.
