General rudeness and poor customer service. Honda corp. While I'm here I will complain about three more Honda problems. They destroyed my credit without good reason. You can' t do much about it without spending money on lawyers to fix it. Of course, no one at Honda Finance answers the phone when you try to straighten out matters. Second, it is a major hassle to get them to honor their extended warranty. Long phone calls, confusion, and blank stares. I won't go for that again.
