I have purchased four hondas from this dealership and have been very satisfied by the service we have received both from the new car sales and the service department. I have been able to have my car tow have been very satisfied by the service we have received both from the new car sales and the service department. I have been able to have my car towed and the service department has made sure I had the car back the next day. My service mechanic Scott Mack is one of the best I have had the opportunity to deal with. I do not remember a time that I had to return to have a repaired redone. I am ready to buy a new car and although I have looked into other dealers I will be back to Ralph Schomp Honda to buy another car this summer. I dropped off my car to change out a headlight on my way in to work. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. It actually only took them 20 minutes and I was on my way. I first and foremost appreciate not being approached by multiple sales people when I got there. I had a chance to look at all the used cars, and then when I did need a sales person, there was a young lady multiple sales people when I got there. I had a chance to look at all the used cars, and then when I did need a sales person, there was a young lady that introduce me to Eddie. I think her name was Marie or Maria. Eddie showed me the carfax info on the car I chose, then let me take it for a test drive. When I got back, he had pulled more info on the car, and we sat down to fill out paperwork. The whole process took about 2 hours, and I drove away in a new car! Well, new to me... The finance department explained everything in detail, I had no questions when I left, and have been contacted several times to make sure everything is going OK. I love my car! This is the 3rd vehicle I've gotten from Schomp, it was a great experience before, and a great experience again. Thank you so much! More

I called the day we left home and Rob I don't know his last name said when we left town they would hold the van until we got there to look at it so no one else would sell it before we got there. We got there around 8:30 pm and Tim took us out to look at it a little bit. We got back around 9:30 Wednesday morning and Tim got there very shortly afterward and took us right out and went and had it washed off so we could see if there was any damage, which there was not. It was even nicer in the day time. Then we went and took it for a test drive and Tim was telling us all the features and everything he knew about the van. We got back and decided we wanted it. The one remote had been chewed on by an animal of some kind and we asked if we could get another one and at first he said no, then he went and asked Chad and he said yes, so we got a new remote. Then I just asked about the headphones for the DVD player because I wasn't aware it came with headphones and he got us 2 sets of headphones for that. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend you to friends. Thank you for everything. More
