Mike was great! Your dealership saving grace as far as I am concerned. He was friendly, helpful, personable, informative and overall very pleasant to work with. Even though he was busy, he did a great job prioritizing his time and made sure I knew he did not forget about me. To be honest, it is because of Mike that I returned to purchase the vehicle. I am impressed with him. Chad on the other hand...well he needs a lesson in interpersonal communication. I understand his job is on a different level than the salesman. However, while discussing my trade in, I felt as if he was approaching the situation as if HE was doing ME a favor by trading in the Durango. While I will credit him with "working a deal", it seemed almost painful for him to do so. I came in twice. First time, between the cost of the car and the trade in offer being too low, it made my payments more than I wanted. I walked out disappointed. Especially when Chad told me and I quote "If you can't do that, than I will have to say good-bye." Yikes! He definitely did not make it sound like he really wanted to make a deal. His attitude was borderline demeaning. It is my understanding that Chad was driving the Lexus prior to the sale. However, when I took delivery, I was told the car would be sent to detail. Unfortunately, the following morning I discovered a receipt and used napkin in the driver door that did not belong to me. My assumption is that they belonged to Chad. I was disappointed to say the least. The second fob for the car has a dead battery and the Sales Managers trash in my car and slightly over a half tank of gas in the car. I suppose I expected better. When I told Mike of the current issues, he offered to purchase a tank of gas to smooth the situation. However, after several attempts to contact him and being unable to do so (perhaps his days off??)...I filled my tank. Finance was great. Jesse made the mundane process of signing the paperwork entertaining. He also walked me out to take delivery of the car. I am a firm believer that one bad apple does not represent the tree. Fred was incredible!! First of all, he never once pressured me or hurried me through anything. He made sure I understood things he was talking about. Basically that was the best experience I have ever had with anyone at a car dealership. He was a nice genuine man with a great sense of humor and perfect customer service for myself and my daughter. I have been impressed the way service has called me about coming in for my tinted windows, they have just followed through with everything, I have not had to worry about calling, they have been on the ball. I will definitely do my service work here if I continue to get A+ treatment, it is nice to see a business still care about that, as so many do not. More

We were treated very kind, and your finance dept found us a better interest rate than I was able to find. THANK YOU! (11.4%) Not all bankruptcy's are consumers faults these days, and we are a victum of that, we used to be a perfect credit score, we are a consumer that needed help, and could not get that help from anyone until we came to you. This experience could have been a very bad one. Our 2010 Pilot was having symptoms of problems, with the Check Engine Light and VTM-4 lights coming on sporadically starting in January. We followed the guidance in the manual, reported the issues at a regular service, and finally, when the issue appeared again and manifested in a struggle to reach highway speeds among traffic (Weds, March 16th), I called and informed Schomp that I would be there soon so they could diagnose the repair requirement and plan for the repair. At this point, I expected to be able to borrow a car from my sister-in-law, and I expected to hear about how Schomp would not be able to work on our car until some distant day in the future. I was able to borrow my sister-in-law's car, but I did not receive push-back from Schomp. To the contrary, I was advised to not turn the car off and I'd hear back later in the evening regarding a plan of action. Ali called the next day to let me know that they were pursuing a factory warranty repair, because this issue seemed persistent. Later that day, she called to say the warranty repair had been approved, we were waiting on parts, and if all went well, our car would be ready the next Tuesday. She offered to find us a complimentary rental car. The next Tuesday, I called to find out if the car was ready. I finally reached Jason, who was backing up Ali while she was out. He let me know we'd not received our parts and found a car large enough to carry our family and our stuff. He kept me apprised of developments and progress. More
