EVERYONE in the shop was pleasant, polite, and professional. The time estimate was right on and the employee who helped me specifically was very respectful of me. I noticed other employees interacting with other customers in a similar manner. He explained the recommended repairs, pros and cons of completing them, and the amount of money it would cost. I didn't feel pressured, and it was exactly that amount of money he stated. I know that is expected, but all too frequently (not at Ralph Schomp) there are numerous extras added sneakily on to the final cost. It is refreshing to have employees tell you the honest, plain truth and not try to nickel and dime you into extras or things you don't need or want. I highly recommend Ralph Schomp whenever the subject of car sales or repairs come up. Thank you! More

My experience at Ralph Schomp w/ Jonny was great. My experience making the appointment, however, was not. I spoke with a woman named Rosemary. I had a lot of questions regarding the appointment, such as: how much? what does the 75K check-up include? can I get a ride to work? a ride back? These were very legitimate questions which needed answering before I could commit to a time/day, etc. But, I felt - the entire conversation - that I was being a big pain in the butt (for Rosemary). I almost cancelled. I was vey glad to be cordially greeted by your staff (as usual) upon my arrival and by Jonny in particular. He left me with a good impression of Schomp (as I have always had). The Sales Rep; Finance People and Managers were very friendly and answered all our questions. They took the ntime to explain everything. I have used Ralph Schomp for both sales and service for 11 years. I have been very pleased with their service. I have only one complaint and that is the use of coupons. This visit was the first time I could use one and it was a big deal, it took quite a bit of time because of the new program they're using. Good luck with this! More

estimate was accurate, had a coupon that made the price for the service much more economical than it usually is with SCHOMP. That was very annoying and disappointed that honda would make such a cheap piece for the visor? never in my life had a visor clip break. over all good experience with the service. Tell marketing to keep up with the coupons. love to use the dealer but hate paying high prices for basic car maintenance. More

My husband purchased a car from here in late March. Upon going to register our vehicle with the DMV after nearly 2 months, we were told that the title paperwork was not submitted to the county. The DMV empl going to register our vehicle with the DMV after nearly 2 months, we were told that the title paperwork was not submitted to the county. The DMV employee called Schomp to see what the delay was, and she was told that there was no good explanation. She also mentioned that the employee she spoke with seemed clueless. I went to the dealer to try to rectify the situation. I was given an apology and 2 free oil changes for my missed work time while at the DMV and inconvenience. The finance employee also promised to call back and follow up once the title paperwork was sent in. She also recognized the incompetency of the title agent at the dealer. After 2 more weeks, I did receive a message to follow-up. I went to the DMV a week and a half later on 6/20 and was told that the title paperwork just had been received on 6/17 at another facility, so it had not been entered in yet (thus it was not entered in when she had called). This was nearly 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. I had to wait again for the DMV employee to expedite the paperwork and enter the data into the system, so I could receive my tags. Schomp Honda caused me to miss many hours of work to deal with the title paperwork that wasn't processed in a timely manner, due to their incompetency. I was highly recommended to Schomp by 2 co-workers, but I am very certain I will not purchase a car from them in the future. My time is worth money, for which they seem to have no regard. In addition, they continue to employ certain people that don't seem to care either. It's sad to say that I was treated better by the county/DMV staff than the Schomp dealership. More
