That was very annoying and disappointed that honda would make such a cheap piece for the visor? never in my life had a visor clip break. over all good experience with the service. Tell marketing to keep up with the coupons. love to use the dealer but hate paying high prices for basic car maintenance. More

My husband purchased a car from here in late March. Upon going to register our vehicle with the DMV after nearly 2 months, we were told that the title paperwork was not submitted to the county. The DMV empl going to register our vehicle with the DMV after nearly 2 months, we were told that the title paperwork was not submitted to the county. The DMV employee called Schomp to see what the delay was, and she was told that there was no good explanation. She also mentioned that the employee she spoke with seemed clueless. I went to the dealer to try to rectify the situation. I was given an apology and 2 free oil changes for my missed work time while at the DMV and inconvenience. The finance employee also promised to call back and follow up once the title paperwork was sent in. She also recognized the incompetency of the title agent at the dealer. After 2 more weeks, I did receive a message to follow-up. I went to the DMV a week and a half later on 6/20 and was told that the title paperwork just had been received on 6/17 at another facility, so it had not been entered in yet (thus it was not entered in when she had called). This was nearly 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. I had to wait again for the DMV employee to expedite the paperwork and enter the data into the system, so I could receive my tags. Schomp Honda caused me to miss many hours of work to deal with the title paperwork that wasn't processed in a timely manner, due to their incompetency. I was highly recommended to Schomp by 2 co-workers, but I am very certain I will not purchase a car from them in the future. My time is worth money, for which they seem to have no regard. In addition, they continue to employ certain people that don't seem to care either. It's sad to say that I was treated better by the county/DMV staff than the Schomp dealership. More

Chris Catalano & Doug Honebein have been extremely helpful and they keep me informed of the service that my honda requires. They have been my service rep and mechanic since i purchased my CRV in August 2001. Rosemary has always been very pleasant and kind when i wait for my car to be completed. I live in colorado springs and feel it is very worthwhile for me to drive to littleton to Ralph Schomp where i know i will get excellent service for my CRV. I really liked how Chris handled the sale. He was professional and willing to let me drive any of the cars I mentioned and also was very helpful in helping to make a decision on a car I specifically professional and willing to let me drive any of the cars I mentioned and also was very helpful in helping to make a decision on a car I specifically needed and wanted. There were several failed test drives and he patiently stood by even though the first one I drove was the one I ended up buying. I believe Chris was one of the main reasons I purchased that day (although the .9% APR was not a hindrance). Everyone I met and dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The only problem I ended up having in the end was when I had to call the dealership to set up a time to apply Resistall to my car. When I called, I was transferred around a few times and finally ended up at an answering machine without being told who I was talking to or why. It was almost as if they expected me to just know who I was talking to like I worked there. It was kind of a turn off, but I ended up calling Chris and he ended up saving the day again by getting me scheduled for 3 days after the call. As I said, everyone was superior in their abilities to cater to the needs of the customer, but the phone system transfers could use some work. Possibly have your employees say their title in the voice mail? More
