Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I can make is that after we were told the price and agreed on it we were then told we would have to pay for extras that were already on the car. Customer service – The salaried salesperson and set price approach means I don't have to do the back and forth bartering and the, “I have to get this approved”. Some people may like it – I don’t. Upon bringing my car in for 60,000 mile checkup, I realized that Discount Tire had not returned my wheel key when I purchased new tires. Dealer has a user friendly web-site which made it extremely easy to make an appointment. Appointment was confirmed by email with the name of the service advisor. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted immediately and everything went smoothly and was well explained. Diagnosis was quick and the battery was changed out immediately. Might be a little more expensive than Sears or Firestone, but when these guys say the charging system is OK, I believe them. More
