Best dealership we have ever purchased a vehicle from. They provide you with the KBB, Black Book and NADA values on your vehicle before looking at it, then adjust it up or down based on condition. (they don't ask if you have a payoff amount or what it is which was refreshing). I felt the process was the most fair I have ever experienced. Once we decided on a vehicle and were happy with the pricing and trade in amount they did the paperwork, then we came back the next morning to finish it all up. The new van was full of gas, parked on the side ready to go. We waited near the kids playroom until they were ready for us to sign, which we were then led to an offices area in the back where it was all waiting for us. We sat down spent about 10 min. going over the papers and signing. Wrote them a check and off we went. Easiest, least stressful process. We will definitely go back to Schomp Honda when we are ready to buy a new vehicle! More
My experience started with Adam, when I called to make appointments for my car as well as my mother's car for service. I took my Honda Accord in two days ago for the 90,000 mile maintenance. Josh was my service adviser and he was not in when I dropped my car off early. Chad, another technician, took my information and said Josh and his crew would get to work on it as soon as they got in at 3:00. At 3:15 Josh called and told me what work needed to be done on my car and said it would be done by 8:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. he called to let me know my car was ready. He was friendly and efficient when I arrived to pick it up. Today I took my mom's Civic in because of a rattle. Terry rode around with me for a while until he heard the rattle. He tried many things while we were in a parking lot...he didn't wait until we got back to the shop to look at it. He finally said he needed to get it back to the shop and up in the air so he could look under it. After almost 4 hours of looking, tightening bolts, checking connections (basically looking at everything), they could not determine where the rattle was coming from, but declared the car safe to drive. Terry and another technician put in a a great deal of time and I was not charged for any of it. I appreciate the determination and efficiency of the service staff at Ralph Schomp's. i would not take my car anywhere else. More

I purchased a 2010 vehicle, it wasn't new, but it might as well have been given what great shape it was in, and the way this dealership goes over their used vehicles to make sure they are in the best condition possible. They gave me a copy of the work order that listed every detail and every item they serviced or replaced to bring the car up to like new condition, which I thought was very impressive. The price of the vehicle was very competitively priced over every other dealership I went to looking for the same vehicle. At Schomp they price their cars very competitively so it virtually removes the haggling process from the experience, the price you see is pretty much the price you pay. I did find however that the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy was listed at a lower price on the website than at the dealership, so look online as well to see if it is listed there cheaper. More

My sales professional Dani was just that a true “professional” who made me, the customer feel wanted, important and recognized all my concerns and needs to the fullest. Now I might have expected such treatment if shopping for a high end luxury vehicle or buying a $60K + car, I was shopping for a “Value Priced” under $10K car for my 19 year old daughter, so to be so pleasantly and unexpectedly catered to made the experience that much more of positive reward. I also had just prior spent nearly 10 consecutive days at numerous local and national dealerships in the metro Denver area on my quest, each time only leaving more frustrated and disappointed than anyone could anticipate. The amount of misrepresentations, less than professional courtesies extended me when realized I was shopping in that price range was infuriating and personally insulting In my 45 years of buying some 60 cars through three different states in this country I can attest that this was the first and only good car buying experience ever! As a self employed business person and consultant I would also strongly suggest to other dealer ownerships, whatever they are doing in the way of training and service practices at Ralph Schomp, to hurry up and copy true Customer Awareness, Service, Delivery and Style ASAP to best compete! Salesman Michael promised two keys as we negotiated a deal. After signing papers he gave me one key. No response when I remindedhim of his words. Turns out someone had put my husbands first name in address line, so check hasn't come. No one willing to be responsible and keep the deal as negotiated. More
