I purchased my car from Ralph Schomp Honda and had a fantastic experience!! I've purchased many vehicles and I have to say this was the easiest, pleasant and happiest I've ever been buying a car AND it fantastic experience!! If you have to buy a car you HAVE to come here, Mike Diesing and James (sorry didn't catch his last name) were the best pair! They actually cared about what I wanted and wanted to get me what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something else. They were both extremely helpful and nice and that made me feel more relaxed and happy about my decision. Buying cars makes me VERY tense and stressed which I don't handle well :) but this company and their employees actually made that all go away and I got to be excited about the purchase. AND we got a free lunch as they were bar-b-q-ing while we were purchasing the car. The salesman Mike even called me the following Monday just to say thanks again and hoped I was enjoying the car (which I totally am btw) I will be recommending them to all my friends and family from here on out. You want a car w/ NO xx you have to come here! More

The two sales men we dealt with were awesome. They met every need I wanted. One sales man that I did not get his name bought my son a treat from the vending machine because we had no cash. However when it comes to financing Ed is not very good. I bought my car over three weeks ago the car I traded in was worth more then the car I got so they are mailing me a check. It has been three weeks since I bought my car and still no check. I called Ed on Friday and he said he'll have an answer for me by Monday. Mind you I had to leave him two messages on Friday to get hi. To call me back. Anyways come Monday no call so I called him and left another message no call back. Tuesday I didn't call and either did Ed. It is now Wednesday and over three weeks since I bought my car and still have not talked to Ed since Friday. I consider this extremely unprofessional and ridiculous ! More

Lindsey made our car shopping experience so enjoyable...yes enjoyable....such a rarity when car shopping. There is normally so much pressure to buy and it is just a pain. Ralph Schomp Honda rocks! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with the utmost respect by very courteous employees. I actually felt like I was the only person in there looking for a the dealership, I was treated with the utmost respect by very courteous employees. My appointment was with Henry Hartung and I want to say that he is extremely knowledgeable on Honda products and answered all of my questions with details - and patience I might add :) He is a definite asset to your company! I have already recommended him to a few of my friends who are considering purchasing a new vehicle. Marietta took the time to explain how the dealership evaluated my trade-in and I was extremely pleased with the end result; very fair indeed. I must mention the enthusiastic reception I received from Marie when I walked in the door. She is absolutely one of the nicest individuals I have ever met and she witnessed my happy tears when I walked out to look at my new vehicle. What a sweetie she is! I took the car back to have some accessories installed and the Service Department employees treated me like a queen too. Very efficiently run department from start to finish. Overall, my experience was very pleasurable and it was obviously because of the professional and friendly employees All I can say is WOW! More

Purchased a used Honda Accord from the dealership. What drew me back to the dealership was the sales person Henry and the sales managers. We have bought multiple cars and have had our services done religiously at Ralph Schomp. Though the past has been satisfactory (other than the constant "that doesn't fall under warranty" excuses), we wil done religiously at Ralph Schomp. Of all the places we have bought vehicles in our 38 years of marriage (which have been GM BUT decided to go elsewhere), this has been the most dignifying experience in the purchase of a car EVER!
