Until I came upon your dealership. I had sent in a contact request through the internet for a Honda Pilot I was interested in. I think it was Rob, that called me right away. He was so wonderful, in explaining how Ralph worked and listening to what needs I had in a car. He went through the options that were on the lot that met what I wanted. He was very honest, which I hugely appreciated, and not pressuring at all. I happened to show up there that same day without an appointment. Mike took me on my test drive and was amazing! He knew the car inside and out and explained everything about it to me. Very nice, professional, and again wasn't pressuring at all! There are other dealership's that state no haggle price as Ralph does. But what they don't tell you is that they add on $5,000 in extra fees. At Ralph the car price was the car price and then it was just the tax, and the state filing fee of $27.20. That is it, no dealer fees, processing fees, or other fine print fees. Ralph gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. I worked with Jin for the financing and he was great too. In fact he gave me cheesecake. Thanks Jin! I have a 15 year old son that will be needing a car soon, and my husband will be needing one in the next year as well. Without a doubt we will be coming back to Ralph Honda. I live in Albuquerque and bought this car over the phone. Frank our salesman was very sensitive to the distance involved and took the truck for a test drive before agreeing it was worth our drive to check it Frank our salesman was very sensitive to the distance involved and took the truck for a test drive before agreeing it was worth our drive to check it out. The dealership held the Truck for about six days with only a $500 deposit. When we arrived the Truck was ready and after a test drive we bought it. I felt Frank was really concerned we got a quality used Truck and went out of his way to insure we were going to be satisfied even after we drove back to Albuquerque. The buying process seemed a bit long due to partially, Colorado requirements and of course the finance guy had to give a couple pitches for extended warrantee and even credit protection which we refused. But overall the folks were friendly and efficient. Even the finance guy understood we weren't going to buy the extras and went through them without a bunch of hard sell. Schomp Honda is just amazing. his is truly concierge type service with personal attention from start to finish. I was in and out to drop off in a flash and pick up was the same. The work was completed on tim service with personal attention from start to finish. I was in and out to drop off in a flash and pick up was the same. The work was completed on time. I requested an AWD or 4WD rental because the weather was awful and they were happy to provide this. It was below zero the day of service so they were not able to provide the complimentary car wash but offered to have me drop back anytime for this service free of charge. I purchased my new CRV in 2013 from this dealership primarily because I had heard about the legendary customer service and I could not be happier with this decision. Legendary customer service is exactly what I have been receiving. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

After making the decision that it was time to buy a new car, my wife and I went to Schomp as my first choice because of the past experiences at that dealership. After talking to the salesman, we got the price of the car and filled out a credit app to get an accurate idea of interest rate and car payment. The person that handled the finance is exceptionally good at what she does. The interest rate and payment were beyond our expectations. We bought that car. The experiences we have had in the past with Schomp have always been above the rest, and buying a new car was met with the same professionalism and courtesy as when we purchased a used car. This dealership sets the bar well above any standards in the industry. It must be noted that the used cars that are sold at this dealership are top notch and Schomp stands behind any product they sell. We purchased a van that lasted us seven years. We would still have it if I didn't want a car instead. We also purchased an SUV. The condition of that vehicle was so immaculate that people thought it was new. We also asked for their help in getting my 21 year old son a car. They came through without any help from my wife and I. I will buy my next vehicle from them. More

I purchased a used car from Ralph Schomp Honda last month. The purchase experience went well but once they had my money that's where the customer service problems began. I paid cash for the vehicle but month. The purchase experience went well but once they had my money that's where the customer service problems began. I paid cash for the vehicle but the dealership still had to pull a credit report (which I understand is a legal requirement). I was told it would be a soft credit pull (no negative credit score impact) but upon reviewing my annual credit reports a few weeks later, I noticed that not only was it listed as a hard pull (negative credit score points) but as an application for a vehicle loan for which I never applied for. I contacted the Ralph Schomp Honda Finance department about correcting the problem with the credit agency and received a very rude response from a manager who was very condescending and basically told me to deal with it. I repeatedly left messages with the Finance Director and the General Manager with no response. It could have been an easy correction but they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake. This dealership clearly doesn't care about customer service so they won't be seeing any more of my business and I don't recommend them for your next buying experience either. As a lifelong Honda customer, I'd gladly pay more at another Honda dealership to avoid poor service such as this. More
