Schomp Honda is just amazing. his is truly concierge type service with personal attention from start to finish. I was in and out to drop off in a flash and pick up was the same. I requested an AWD or 4WD rental because the weather was awful and they were happy to provide this. It was below zero the day of service so they were not able to provide the complimentary car wash but offered to have me drop back anytime for this service free of charge. I purchased my new CRV in 2013 from this dealership primarily because I had heard about the legendary customer service and I could not be happier with this decision. Legendary customer service is exactly what I have been receiving. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

After making the decision that it was time to buy a new car, my wife and I went to Schomp as my first choice because of the past experiences at that dealership. After talking to the salesman, we got the price of the car and filled out a credit app to get an accurate idea of interest rate and car payment. The person that handled the finance is exceptionally good at what she does. The interest rate and payment were beyond our expectations. We bought that car. The experiences we have had in the past with Schomp have always been above the rest, and buying a new car was met with the same professionalism and courtesy as when we purchased a used car. This dealership sets the bar well above any standards in the industry. It must be noted that the used cars that are sold at this dealership are top notch and Schomp stands behind any product they sell. We purchased a van that lasted us seven years. We would still have it if I didn't want a car instead. We also purchased an SUV. The condition of that vehicle was so immaculate that people thought it was new. We also asked for their help in getting my 21 year old son a car. They came through without any help from my wife and I. I will buy my next vehicle from them. More

I purchased a used car from Ralph Schomp Honda last month. The purchase experience went well but once they had my money that's where the customer service problems began. I paid cash for the vehicle but month. The purchase experience went well but once they had my money that's where the customer service problems began. I paid cash for the vehicle but the dealership still had to pull a credit report (which I understand is a legal requirement). I was told it would be a soft credit pull (no negative credit score impact) but upon reviewing my annual credit reports a few weeks later, I noticed that not only was it listed as a hard pull (negative credit score points) but as an application for a vehicle loan for which I never applied for. I contacted the Ralph Schomp Honda Finance department about correcting the problem with the credit agency and received a very rude response from a manager who was very condescending and basically told me to deal with it. I repeatedly left messages with the Finance Director and the General Manager with no response. It could have been an easy correction but they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake. This dealership clearly doesn't care about customer service so they won't be seeing any more of my business and I don't recommend them for your next buying experience either. As a lifelong Honda customer, I'd gladly pay more at another Honda dealership to avoid poor service such as this. More

Best dealership we have ever purchased a vehicle from. They provide you with the KBB, Black Book and NADA values on your vehicle before looking at it, then adjust it up or down based on condition. (they don't ask if you have a payoff amount or what it is which was refreshing). I felt the process was the most fair I have ever experienced. Once we decided on a vehicle and were happy with the pricing and trade in amount they did the paperwork, then we came back the next morning to finish it all up. The new van was full of gas, parked on the side ready to go. We waited near the kids playroom until they were ready for us to sign, which we were then led to an offices area in the back where it was all waiting for us. We sat down spent about 10 min. going over the papers and signing. Wrote them a check and off we went. Easiest, least stressful process. We will definitely go back to Schomp Honda when we are ready to buy a new vehicle! More

My experience started with Adam, when I called to make appointments for my car as well as my mother's car for service. I took my Honda Accord in two days ago for the 90,000 mile maintenance. Josh was my service adviser and he was not in when I dropped my car off early. Chad, another technician, took my information and said Josh and his crew would get to work on it as soon as they got in at 3:00. At 3:15 Josh called and told me what work needed to be done on my car and said it would be done by 8:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. he called to let me know my car was ready. He was friendly and efficient when I arrived to pick it up. Today I took my mom's Civic in because of a rattle. Terry rode around with me for a while until he heard the rattle. He tried many things while we were in a parking lot...he didn't wait until we got back to the shop to look at it. He finally said he needed to get it back to the shop and up in the air so he could look under it. After almost 4 hours of looking, tightening bolts, checking connections (basically looking at everything), they could not determine where the rattle was coming from, but declared the car safe to drive. Terry and another technician put in a a great deal of time and I was not charged for any of it. I appreciate the determination and efficiency of the service staff at Ralph Schomp's. i would not take my car anywhere else. More

I purchased a 2010 vehicle, it wasn't new, but it might as well have been given what great shape it was in, and the way this dealership goes over their used vehicles to make sure they are in the best condition possible. They gave me a copy of the work order that listed every detail and every item they serviced or replaced to bring the car up to like new condition, which I thought was very impressive. The price of the vehicle was very competitively priced over every other dealership I went to looking for the same vehicle. At Schomp they price their cars very competitively so it virtually removes the haggling process from the experience, the price you see is pretty much the price you pay. I did find however that the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy was listed at a lower price on the website than at the dealership, so look online as well to see if it is listed there cheaper. More
