Recommend however tech's should have check list of explaining ALL aspects of working the car. Walter only covered the navigation and now that having 2 days, we realized much was not covered. More

I was very impressed by the level of service Schomp Honda offers. The best part about my experience happened in the first ten minutes of my visit. ? Initially my plan was just to grab a brochure and ask couple questions about the new Honda Pilot. What amazed me is that Schomp Honda added product specialist to their staff. The lady who helped me out seemed to be very educated and driven to address my needs. She was Great! My questions where answered right away and she even pulled up one of your new Pilots. After Kaylee demonstrated a the features and benefits. I decided to go for a test-drive. The sales person was good, but unfortunately not as knowledgable. I wish I would remember his name. Please give her a tap on her back. I believe her name was Kaylee...Keep up the great job guys!!! More

Colby Pardue.....was great got the job done in record time, was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. No high pressure just good solid knowledge of the car. The dealership offers a new service on delivery of the car that provides a one on one tutorial with Bryce Kitchen teaching you how your car operates....so terrific. Leaving the dealership I knew how to operate the air system, radio, phone, wipers etc......great service. Service Department has been great for years and I'm certain will continue to provide excellent service. Ralph Schomp Honda is a More

Polite, knowledgeable and eager to show you what you came there to see. The repair dept is good and concerned about customers and is one of the reasons we came back to Schomp. We had a few problems with this purchase. One could have been a deal breaker, if we hadn't taken the time to completely review ALL of the forms needing to be signed. (time consuming in and of itself) That seemed to originate with the invoicing dept drawing up the formal papers. Someone didn't properly note the county we were from and missed the much small sales tax percentage we have to pay, charging us instead with the "usual" full city taxes of Denver. (Several hundred dollars difference) All of that took quite a while to correct. When we were getting ready to leave after completing the paperwork, the agent Matt Barstnar discovered that the second key fob was missing. He immediately contacted someone to replace the missing fob and was told it could take up to another 30 minutes. (it took over an hour) By the time these 2 issues were corrected and the gas tank topped off (a nice touch) we were way beyond the "1 hour" time frame advertised. There are just too many variables for that to happen. More
Won't ever go there again I have purchased several vehicles from Ralph Schomp over the years and have always felt I had been dealt with fairly until my most recent purchase. I I have purchased several vehicles from Ralph Schomp over the years and have always felt I had been dealt with fairly until my most recent purchase. In short, the alignment in my car went out prematurely which led to premature wear on my tires. They told me that the alignment going out like it did was, in fact, normal and not premature and therefore, not covered under the warranty and so even a pro-rated replacement of the prematurely worn tires was not an option, it's 100% on me. They said the stock tires that come with the new vehicle typically need to be replaced after 25,000 miles, which seems like terrible tires to put on a brand new car. I'm sure that legally I have no recourse, but am just extremely disappointed that they wouldn't stand behind their vehicle or help me out just a little bit. 15+ years ago, I had a similar problem with a new Toyota, but they did a pro-rated reimbursement for me on my new tires and paid for the re-alignment. It amounted to less than $200 discount for me, but it made me feel better that they would stand behind their product. We also purchased a service package with them as part of the vehicle. However, more often than not, we end up going to the local Grease xxxxxx shop, because scheduling is so difficult and wait times extremely long. They sold that package very hard and made promises in the sales pitch that were not kept. I may or may not ever purchase a Honda again, but I will most certainly never go to Ralph Schomp again for purchase of new vehicle. I've never had to put so much money into a brand new car that was still under warranty. More

Not motivated to move cars if you're not on the lot I don't normally don't do this, but I was so unimpressed, for the second time, with your sales department that I feel I need to say something.I submit I don't normally don't do this, but I was so unimpressed, for the second time, with your sales department that I feel I need to say something.I submitted an inquiry, and Matt reached out shortly. The problem was I had to follow up with Matt multiple times at the end with no return phone calls. When he would respond back to get information regarding my trade-in, he never followed up with what you could offer me for my trade-in. I finally reached out on Thursday to go see the vehicle and step around mat in the sales process and I found out the vehicle had been sold. Again I had never heard back what he could do with my trade in. I was a very motivated buyer and this is a very similar situation that happened last time I was looking for a car last year. I will not be using Schomp again as the delay in response this and the last time made me lose out on another vehicle I wanted to test drive More

Avoid this dealership if you have a trade-in I am normally not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed after going to Schomp Honda. We had the title in our vehicle and pre-qualifi I am normally not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed after going to Schomp Honda. We had the title in our vehicle and pre-qualification with the bank ready to go. We drove an hour and a half to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle. Test drove it and ended up really liking it. We get back to the dealership and they are a no haggle dealership so they can’t negotiate with price at all, which they were $3,000 over NADA retail on anyways but we figured it being a Honda it would last forever so it is what it is. The employees we dealt with there were very professional, respectful, and not pushy at all, but when they came back with our trade in value they set down a piece of paper showing trade in on NADA was X, but they were only willing to give me X-$1500.00, they wouldn’t negotiate at all. Knowing that NADA is good way of knowing the value of the vehicle it was hard for me to swallow losing another $1500 on our trade when we were already paying $3,000 over retail for the vehicle. They told us it was the higher management that make the decision on trades, just figured having all my ducks in a row and them showing me what I should get but coming in $1500 less was a slap in the face. Being a Pro athlete in the community I have a pretty big extensive network of people that I always try and support and refer business to places that deserve it, but in this case I have to say I would tell everyone not to go there if you are trading in your vehicle, you’re just going to get hit with the higher mark-up of the dealership and get cut a lot more on your trade than is fair. I spoke with other dealerships that unfortunately do not have the car we are looking for but getting the trade in value off NADA seemed very easily obtainable so we will be taking our business, and money elsewhere. Big waste of a day with my family. More

The sales staff was friendly and eage I purchased a new Ridgeline at Schomp's Honda in late 2013. I felt extremely welcome when I initially walked in. The sales staff was friendly and eager to help without any unneeded pressure. Let's face it, Honda vehicles sell themselves and I could have purchased the truck anywhere. It is now April 2015 and I have returned over the past 18 months for required services. The staff is still friendly and there to help and will answere any questions without pressure of any kind. The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional about their work. Great people to deal with. More
