The service manager, Jim Thurman, takes care to listen to our needs and fully answers all questions, enabling us to make a good decision. The team that handles the repairs is excellent. They are professional and courteous at all times. Terry, Brady, Rob and everyone else we've dealt with are genuinely interested in making sure we're happy with the outcome. Brought the car back in 24hrs and 10 days later they processed my loan charge me for a car that I didn't even have (sales didn't even tell financing we returned the vehicle) - awful worst experience ever! I wouldn't trust their Service shop to work on my bicycle! They overfilled the oil and the radiator overfill tank was bone dry, ridiculous! More

Schomp tech. installed 04523-SNA-A01; set, upper arm RR installed update rear trailing arms and preformed four wheel alignment. The car still had loud tire noise, but I drove it a little over 200 miles to see if the noise would go away. It did no,t so I went to Schomp service on 7-17-14 to see if service advisor could have someone drive my car and diagnose the problem. Told me the only way it would go away is buy a new set of tires. I don't even know if he test drove the car. I believe the company may have a policy of just "shining on" the customer until you tired of the runaround a just go away. Honda has had this problem with civic's for a long time. MY ADVISE IS DON'T BUY A HONDA. More

By far the BEST Honda dealership in Colorado! My family was in need of a new car. I had researched for months on the car I wanted, and it was time to find a dealership. Kuni Honda being one of them. I was upfront about my situation in order not to waster there time or mine. My credit is not the best and I had a car to trade in that I would owe negative equity on. The person I spoke to at Kuni had been emailing me for 2 weeks almost daily... but as soon as I sent the email explaining my situation I never heard from him again. I found that to be extremely rude and decided to continue my search for a dealership. Thats when i read previous reviews on Ralph Schomp Honda. They seemed to be the fit we were looking for. I emailed about 1 of the vehicles i was interested in. They were unable to get that vehicle on there lot at the time but that was ok because I was interested in 1 other vehicle that they DID have. I came in for my appointment and the original person we were supposed to be working with was on a test drive with another person. We waited. The front desk finally decided to pair us with someone else. His name was TJ Johnston. He sat down with us and asked what it was we were looking for. I explained to him the vehicle i was wanting and again explained our personal situation. He didnt seemed fazed at all. He took us out to look at the car we were wanting. Showed us some features of it, and we knew it was the car we wanted. We headed back inside to start the paperwork. Once the paperwork was filled out we spoke to the financial guy ( i cannot remember his name, although he was nothing short of amazing) He got us more for our trade in then what we even felt it was worth. Even with our credit situation and our trade in situation he got us APPROVED for our new 2014 civic. He also was able to come back to us and lower our APR and our Monthly payments! Overall the experience went smoothly the prices they offer were lower than any of the other dealerships I had previously contacted. The staff we had spoken to were all friendly and approachable. They worked a miracle for my family! Its easy to say Ralph Schomp Honda is the #1 Honda dealership in Colorado! You have a customer for LIFE in my family. More
