Arrived at the Denver airport and got picked up by the dealership. After looking at the car and test driving it, and some minor repairs I noted during the test drive, the deal was done. Two and half hours later I was on my way home to Utah. Arthur the Sales Client Adviser did a great job. Highly recommend that Ralph Schomp Honda More

We walked up not really wanting to go in and have to deal with the pressures of a sales person, as we were walking to look at a car a sales person approached us and gave us some info abut the dealership. It was welcomed info we were not familiar with how they sell their cars. We at no time ever felt like we were being pressured into buying it was so laid back we had to initiate, that we wanted to know more about the differences in each car, our sales person really did know about the cars he helped us pick out the one we wanted and then he was able to get us set up in the new car pretty quick. This was a fast and easy process. We worked with Craig and he knew a lot about each car and was interested to hear what we had to say and what we knew about the car also. We were very impressed with the new design of the Honda civic we really like it. We also want to make sure that Walter in the customer care is also given recognition for being very helpful with setting up my phone and answering all my questions he was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to give us info for both android and apple phones. Walter also was able to answer all my questions about all the new bells and whistles our new car had. Thanks Again to all staff at Ralph Schomp Honda. More

He was feeling under the weather, but still came in to help me today! Great crew and staff. Thanks again!!! More
Good start/bad ending The start was good. I traded in my BMW, picked a car from the dealership. During test drive I found one small issue with the car, they said they would The start was good. I traded in my BMW, picked a car from the dealership. During test drive I found one small issue with the car, they said they would definitely take care of it. I brought in my car to exchange, the issue on their car wasn't fixed. They convinced me that it wouldn't be a big issue. The car still drives but it's just disappointing that they couldn't fix it before selling it me, after they said they would. Another disappointing thing is they had only one key with the car they sold me. I gave them two keys for my car and asked them to make second key for the new car for me. It's probably like $100 max to make a key for a Grand Cherokee, not a big deal. I just thought it would be fare if they gave me two keys for their car since I gave them two for my BMW. They said they would try to do it for me and then will let me know. it's been almost two months now, I still haven't heard back from them. Basically after I bought the car and left the dealership, no one cared anymore! More
Big thanks to Ali and Shaun We love Ralph Schomp Honda, have purchased and serviced 6 Hondas with Schomp since 2000, in addition to having 4 other Hondas bought by close family m We love Ralph Schomp Honda, have purchased and serviced 6 Hondas with Schomp since 2000, in addition to having 4 other Hondas bought by close family members. We have always had excellent service, attention to detail, responsiveness and love the extended service hours that really help accommodate work schedules. Tonight Ali Guida and Shaun Lewis got our son's Honda Civic in that had hit a sidewalk during the recent snowstorm. They replaced a splash shield and bent wheel and re-aligned it. They had it ready and waiting, warming up for us when we picked it up at 9:40pm. Exceptional, fantastic, the service team will take care of you! More

From start to finish, their sales advisor, Lou Vascek was ready to help in any way. He made the entire process of car buying very simple, yet thorough. He also ensured Schomp's 3-day money-back guarantee should any issues arise with the car. The following day he called to personally thank me for my business and make sure that I "absolutely loved" the car. I did! The dealership found a spare key and remote for the car which I was thrilled about, and Lou delivered it to me on his day off. Very kind of him. I will definitely be referring Schomp to any one I know looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again, Lou! More
Shomp service is terrible. I always considered Ralph Shomp to have a solid reputation and that's why we decided to buy our Honda Pilot there. I had a good experience with our s I always considered Ralph Shomp to have a solid reputation and that's why we decided to buy our Honda Pilot there. I had a good experience with our salesperson and the purchasing process. However, the service is another story. We bought the "Shomp Care" at the time of purchase that would take care of the vehicle for the first 2 years. I have brought the car in 4 times and have had a problem every time. The first time they were to do a routine oil change and put on a bike rack we bought from them. The ordered me a loner car that I was to use as the service would take all day. When I arrived there were no more loner cars available (even though mine was to be reserved) and they had ordered the wrong bike rack, so could not install. So, I had wasted an hour and half driving there and back, waiting around for nothing. I had to go home with none of the work done. After getting the correct rack on after several months, we didn't like the whistling sound it made. They were gracious to take the rack back for a refund. However, when I went in to have it removed, I told them clearly "make sure to only remove the rack and not the crossbars as those were already on the car." I literally said this twice as I was nervous they'd screw it up. Sure enough, when I came bike attachments AND the crossbars were taken off my car. I brought it to their attention and they apologized and said it'd be another 30 mins to have someone reattach the crossbars. Well, I had to leave to pick up my kids right then. So...they sent out a technician several days later to re-attach them at my house. Incident #3: The battery on my car died 3 times. On the third time, my husband noticed the battery terminal was loose and was most likely the culprit for the battery continually dying. I brought the car in last week for an oil change and to have them check the battery and battery terminal for looseness (emphasizing this as the MAIN reason I was there). I waited in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs. The service advisor came and got me when it was done. She said the battery was inspected and "torqued tight all terminal end clamps." The battery passed load test. (work performed by Justin Lucero as noted on receipt). Yesterday, 8 days after having it serviced, the battery died again. I had to have a stranger look at it and he even noticed the clamp was loose on the battery. We finally had it jumped and when my husband looked at it, he noticed they hadn't even cleaned the battery terminal or tightened it to any level of satisfaction. So, he had to go out today, find the part and do it himself. What a colossal waste of time and energy! If I can't trust them to do a simple fix like this, how can I trust them with something more serious. My experience with Shomp Care is "smoke and mirrors." They have a nice waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks. But....they aren't really doing their due diligence on your car. I don't trust them at all. More
