Mechanics who know there Honda's 04 Accord 175k miles. Front end vibration on acceleration 50-60 mph. Took it to Brakes Plus, Discount Tire and Eagle Automotive in Ken Caryl area. 04 Accord 175k miles. Front end vibration on acceleration 50-60 mph. Took it to Brakes Plus, Discount Tire and Eagle Automotive in Ken Caryl area. 3 different diagnosis ranging from transmission rebuild (BP), front wheel bearings (EA) and engine mounts (DT) ranging from $2500-$1700. All estimates had flaws. EA even said that replacing wheel bearings wouldn't fix the vibration????Finally decided on Ralph Schomp. Quick diagnosis of bad front axles with estimate of $960. This diagnosis made perfect sense. Was pleasantly surprised to hear that they found less expensive replacement parts for me with a final bill of $620! More

Jose Reyes was the very knowledgeable salesperson who sold me the car. He made learning about the Honda fun with his enthusiasm and positive attitude. He was professional, well versed about the product he was selling, and appeared to enjoy his job. Jose is also a strong advocate for the buyer. I know Schomp is very proud of him. I highly recommend Jose Reyes. I am a 77 year old woman and had not bought a new car for 13 years, so you know Jose is patient too. More

The young lady I worked with My experience with Ralph Schomp Honda goes back to 2003 and this most recent purchase is the 5th new car I have bought. The young lady I worked with (Myriah Troussel) was very knowledgeable and guided me through the attributes of the new "big screen" guide and questionnaire. She was very thorough and easy to work with in obtaining all information on pricing, warranties, etc. In the end I traded in my 2014 CR-V for a like color 2016 CR-V (with lots of new features.)! More

Windshield Repair While Myriah was so Awesome when we purchased oir vehicle I have to say the service department is something to be desired. We made an appointment for my daughter's windshield to be replaced since when we bought it it had a major crack. Got to the appt early even and was told it would be 2 hours to begin with. I get there and wait and wait so had to park and go in to get service. Drive it in and was told it'll be 3-4 hours. I asked if they had a loner since I had my disabled son with me and they told me i had to reserve it at the time I made an appt. Wish I knew that in advance and that it would take double the amount of time they promised to begin with. After a few hours I went back to ask how much longer and they totally ignored me. Went back AGAIN and they told me 40 mins. This was over an hour and a half ago. So as we're coming up on the 4 hour mark I decide to call and they tell me the person who I have to deal with phone is off or something and they would have him call me. This is utterly ridiculous since i have had made other plans since i was told it was only a 2 hour job and here I sit waiting for at their mercy praying my daughters car will be done by rush hour. I arrived here at 9:50 THIS MORNING. While I said the sales department is great and would refer them to everyone the service department has totally let me down and unfortunately has let me down and will not recommended them to ANYONE!! Sorry Ralph Schompp please hire more competent people like you have in your sales department to run your service department. They are totally incompetent. More
