A year later and with barely 119K miles, this vehicle has r I purchased a used 2008 BMW 335XI from Schomp with a little over 112K miles March of 2016. A year later and with barely 119K miles, this vehicle has required $5K worth of repairs. Now the injectors need to be replaced and the turbo is going out. Schomp will only give me $3500 for a lemon they sold me. I realize I purchased a used BMW, however I owned a 95 318TI till 2007. The 318TI survived 7 hurricanes, only required new tires, new brakes and oil changes. I never had an issue with it. BMW doesn't make a quality vehicle like they did in the 90's. Their cars evidently are now designed to break down more frequently so the dealer makes a killing off repairs. When I spoke to my service agent, she quoted me $2880 to replace the injectors... after speaking to a sales agent who called me with the xxxx buy back quote, come to find out the turbo needs to be replaced as well... Thanks a lot Schomp... I will NEVER recommend anyone purchase a BMW or any vehicle from your dealerships. Sincerely disappointed BMW customer. More

Just like all the other dealers Dont believe the claim- Schomp Honda is just like all the other dealers; the ad claiming you work with 1 person (at least my experience) was not true. First want to say the initial sales rep Robert was very nice and professional but come to find out he had no authority to close a sale. After we indicated we want to buy the car, another rep comes out from the back and offers me auction pricing on my trade and retail for theirs. Not trade in value , but auction value. I know a dealer must make $$ to stay in business, so I just wanted a fair deal. I was insulted- when I showed the rep NADA values she indicated we don't follow national automotive dealers pricing- I thought--that is a new one. Oh by the way- their retail price of vehicle matched NADA to the dollar. I don't like being lied to and deceived- very disappointed in 2 hrs of my life I can't get back. Use a buyer broker like Centennial leasing and avoid this scam dealers. More

Good attention to detail initially there was a problem with a salesman who ended up leaving the dealership, but once Kyle took over things were fine.
