I have bought 5 used cars from Schomp since 1995. I have never been dissatisfied. Had only two issues and the dealership solved both isssues swiftly. Thus time around Steve Wise, our sales person was outstanding with both my wife and I, one-on-one abd together. He was very professional and not forceful, living up to Schomp's values. More

Service I can trust I have a 2002 CRV. I love it. But it was making a whining sound. I took it in on a Wed, morn and picked it up on a Friday. All better! Jack wa I have a 2002 CRV. I love it. But it was making a whining sound. I took it in on a Wed, morn and picked it up on a Friday. All better! Jack was the person I dealt although he wasn't any of the 3 technicians working on solving and correcting the problem. I did tell Jack that I thought he had very good customer service skills and I meant it. He was personable, helpful, and patient. I was very pleased with the service all-round. I was thinking that I might have asked for a loner vehicle, but I didn't. I have always been pleased at Schomp. Thanks for years of service! More

Poor experience and unlikely to recommend Schomp The experience of purchasing started out great but concluded in a fashion inconsistent with Schomp’s stated advertising of “transparency” and “no surp The experience of purchasing started out great but concluded in a fashion inconsistent with Schomp’s stated advertising of “transparency” and “no surprises.” I came in during the evening where I met Matt Davis who was nice, responsive and knowledgeable about the car (2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 56k miles). Unfortunately, and likely due to low light nighttime conditions, I did not see the damage to the rear passenger side door. That same evening I put a $500 non refundable deposit down to hold the car that -according to Kelly Blue Book- was already at the high end of “excellent condition” and listed at $11,700. The paperwork listing the damage was not presented to me until the following morning when I went to finalize the purchase. Matt said he would work with me to see what they could do to fix it. He later mentioned “giving the repair at dealer cost”. Very slowly the concept of repair evolved into a cost to be handled by me. The internal repair company, Redline, later quoted the bodywork at $2000 to repair the door and back quarter panel. This $11,700 car advertised in “excellent” condition had a $2000 body work estimate that left the car far from the advertised excellent. The whole time I was given a speech about how important customer service was and that a 48 hour customer satisfaction policy was in place. Ironically, when I picked up he car and given the second set of keys, the batteries in the FOB were dead. I texted and later met with Matt and asked about replacing the batteries only to receive an answer that Schomp could not help me. Further the inoperable state of the FOB was not disclosed. Seeing as Matt had been in possession of both set of keys he likely would have known of the dead battery when he moved the car. Simple things like this battery replacement issue and absent straightforward talk about the damage and a lack of concern about small details leads me to believe that Schomp is just a typical car dealership oriented more towards poor business practices then genuinely oriented towards gaining repeat customers or recommendations. Most of the people I work or socialize with earn six figures, and like me, can purchase cars for cash. I do not intend on recommending Schomp unless this situation is remedied. If you have questions please call Mike at 719-205-1684. More

He sent a very good personalized video of the truck I was interested in. He quickly responded to my text, emails and calls and was very professional. He was able to fit me into his very tight schedule last minute and kept true to his 1 hour guarantee of having me out the door with my new ride. I highly encourage any prospective customer personally seek out Matthew Davis at Schomp Honda. He is a non-aggressive, friendly, down-to-earth guy who seems very eager to navigate you through the complexity of buying a car. He certainly did a great job of streamlining the process and making the entire event as stress-free as possible. Kudos Matthew Davis! More

Worst expereince out of 11 deals with this dealer I want too start off by saying the Zanetell family has purchase around 10 cars from Schomp Honda. All of our prior experiences were positive. Financ I want too start off by saying the Zanetell family has purchase around 10 cars from Schomp Honda. All of our prior experiences were positive. Financing the purchase we made the other day was a long frustrating experience. I understand that the banks set the interest rate and their approval standards but Schomp's staff in the financing department has to, based on experience, know what lender to use based on your clients credit rating. We stated the payment at 5.8% was $100 too highand unacceptable. We put down 1/3 of the purchase price and our FICO score was over 800 and the rate we were offer was 5.3%. Again, unacceptable. We almost walked. We ended up with a rate at 3.6% but getting to an accepted rate was frustrating. Does Schomp get a kick back for pushing high rates? Navin, Heidi and a couple of your sales managers stepped up and were very helpful. By far this was our worse buying experience at Schomp. More
Very Negative and worst behavior with customers Worst and Negative Energy place to loose your hope and find cars. When you visit any dealer either you should come out with happy feeling or the same Worst and Negative Energy place to loose your hope and find cars. When you visit any dealer either you should come out with happy feeling or the same way you entered. But these people may change your mood and feeling guilty that why you chosen Schomp Honda and why you stopped by. I was working with Bryce Kitchen and Singh (Sales Manager). Both are very very negative people and talking very negative with all other dealers. At one stage Singh was threatening me that if you go to other dealer they will lock you down and call me for help. They were pushing me buy car immediately without any second thought or getting any additional information. Even Singh said he will not provide any more details if I am not going to buy car from them. Worst, very worst behavior by these people. If you plan to buy a car (either new or used) please go with some other dealer who respects customer and treat you as good. I want to give negative stars for their behavior but no option here. More
