Terrible, TERRIBLE, scam. I went in a month ago for a technical issue with my door. They tried to charge me for a part they replaced that didn't fix the issue. I refused and said I'd return when the back-ordered part was in stock. I came back in to fix my door, and they informed me that I needed a new alternator because a spool valve was leaking on it. They claimed it needed jumping twice, and that if I didn't replace the alternator, and a new battery for $2,000 They said "I may be in a worse situation, likely a tow to the nearest shop" Since I hadn't needed to jump my car recently I felt this was shady. It was weird to me they didn't immediately bring me my car but took it back into the shop before returning it to me after I paid. Against their recommendation, I left and immediately took it to Brakes Plus nearby. Breaks Plus informed me the battery was at 86% life and the alternate was bone dry. Confirming I was being scammed, not once but twice. Do not get your Honda serviced here. you'll end up buying more than what you need. More
Came in for a replacement battery, and a stuck key. In the past replacing a battery that had died fixed the stuck key problem. I requested aid in removal of the key from the ignition. The mechanic torked the key to the point it came out but broke the ignition switch. Now key registers it is in the vehicle and I can't remote lock car or use fob features. I came back in and was charged over $200 to be told what I already knew. Not the best service I ever received period. More

Not only does Schomp not bloat their MSRPs with ridiculous accessories, they also don't tack on hundreds of dollars in a dealer profit fee either. I understand dealerships are a business and need to make money but the blatant greediness on display by other dealerships is just disrespectful and Schomp does a good job of not doing this. If you're looking to pick up a new car, go ask for Chris H. or Chase K. who were absolutely great to work with. They both were very kind, patient, understanding, and had a ton of knowledge on the vehicles as well as the car buying process as a whole. Shout out to Matt Davis too for always being available and helpful. More
Had an incredibly easy purchase process. I did my homework before arriving. And already knew my salesman. He had me pre-approved and the truck detailed before I arrived. The dealer contacted me eventually after a few days, but 3 different people over time, and they were slow to respond. Worse, none of then seemed to have any information about the car. I'd ask questions and it was clear they just made stuff up to cover their lack of knowledge. In the end I elected to spend more on another car rather than continue to work with this dealer. More
