No integrity whatsoever Slimy, shady dealership. Do not give them any $$. My husband had been speaking with Keiffer the internet sales manager and scheduled a time to go look Slimy, shady dealership. Do not give them any $$. My husband had been speaking with Keiffer the internet sales manager and scheduled a time to go look at a used car and trade in our current vehicle. Obviously if you’re going to trade a car in you have to know how much you owe or you can’t really make a deal, so I called my lending company and they told me to have the dealership call for a dealer payoff quote which we told to Keiffer early in the day. Banks are open 8-5 and he did not bother to call within business hours nor did he bother to call or email us to let us know before we drove over an hour to get there because he was never interested in selling us that vehicle. Instead of apologizing or admitting he made a mistake, he condescended us and basically told us from the second we walked in the door that there was nothing he could do unless we rolled our “negative equity” into a new lease. Negative equity is in quotes because as mentioned before, Keiffer did not bother to call and get a payoff quote on my car so how exactly would he know I had negative equity? I noticed other reviews mentioning that the salesmen lured them down there to look at a used car that had actually already been sold so they could try to talk them into a new more expensive car which is what i think is exactly what happened to us. After we said we did not want a new lease, we were looking to downsize, he completely lost interest and said there was nothing he could do. Why we drove all the way down here for no chance of getting a new vehicle is a mystery to me. Huge waste of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
