Schomp Honda's treatment of my service was substandard from start to finish. Despite communicating expectations for warranty coverage from start to finish, John lied to my face about what I communicate from start to finish. After the "misunderstanding" was clarified, John offered, generously, to reinstall a damaged wheel on my car. The price I was quoted when I brought my car in and the price that was demanded in order for me to receive my keys were not the same - a bait and switch by most standards. An absolutely abysmal experience for a damaged wheel on a car with less than two hundred miles. I was told that I could return the core after I met with the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle, and that if I did, I would be refunded in cash. I was told, three hours later, that this was not possible. Instead, they told me all they could do was offer me a refund check. I messaged a month later to discover they had taken down my address wrong. Six hours to find out that the warranty I was told would be honored actually wouldn't be, and the price I needed to pay was different. Three hours from one perspective on a core refund to a complete reversal. And two months to get the refund check to conclude my business with this dealership. Stay. Far. Away. Don't buy a car here. Don't get your car serviced here. And I would strongly advise against trusting John with your service or your vehicle. More
