Went to buy a new car and got lowballed like you wouldn't believe on my trade. My trade is currently being sold at dealers for between 12,500 and 14,500---they offered me 5500 for my car w/ low miles and in v believe on my trade. My trade is currently being sold at dealers for between 12,500 and 14,500---they offered me 5500 for my car w/ low miles and in very good shape w/ no accidents or body damage and running perfectly. Then on the new car I wanted they came up w/ very high payments[200 a mo. more] and 5000 down. I will not go back.By the way--this dealer has a 1.6 rating out of a possible 5 by the Dealer Review and also has more consumer complaints in the last 3 mos. This Dealer is horrible. The owners son Micki is a complete jerk. i would not recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to trade or buy new or used. This was by far the worst experience I have e complete jerk. i would not recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to trade or buy new or used. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from this dealer. I had to have some things fixed on a new car that I purchased and ended up dealing with the owners son Micki. Mind you this punk is a brat. He could car less about any kind of Customer service once the car deal is done. They did the worst job doing what they promised. When I pointed this out, that I was not happy with the work done Micki the owners son got a attitude and started being a smart a**. He was very unproffessional and could care less about the customer. Mind you I had just purchased a 27k car thru them. I will never return to this dealer and I warn anyone that is thinking about doing business with them. I got my own financing. However there Finance employees Robert and Jordan are complete idiots. They have no idea how to complete paper work and fill out forms. I had to re-sign my buying paper work three times. Due to it being misplaced or lost. They are very unorganized. Very unpleasent to work with. The whole dealership is a worthless dealer. I promise you it will leave such a bad taste in your mouth if your mouth if you do business with them. I got to know one of the sales person. He informed me he is leaving to sale cars somewhere else next week. He filled me in on how the owners son is a very shady person and will promise everything under the sun then back out. He also mentioned that he has seen the owners son do many bad things and very unproffesional things to customers while buying, mostly after they have bought. The sales person is leaving purley because of Micki. As well as the things he has done to customers. The sales person said he had enough and could not watch him be so dishonest to customers. I must warn you that the managers must be learning from the owners son, they are no better. This is a xxxx poor organization and I will be contacting the Colorado Dealers organiztion about some of the things I was told. On my way out I talk to a elderly couple that bought a truck. He had the same experience and was going to write a letter as well. THIS IS A VERY SHADY DEALER. THE OWNERS SON MICKI IS TH WORST PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HE IS PURLY OUT TO PROMISE EVERYTHING THEN SCREW YOU TO THE END.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER WITH ALL COST. More
So my friend took his F-250 to these scam artists. His trunk would stall out when shifting from reverse to drive. They replaced the spark plugs, 1 coil, and all the coil boots. They performed an injector trunk would stall out when shifting from reverse to drive. They replaced the spark plugs, 1 coil, and all the coil boots. They performed an injector clean. They charged $100.00 for the check engine light, another $100.00 for the ABS light. The total bill was $1000.00. I am a master tech, and I went down with my friend to pick is truck up. When I asked to see the old parts, they looked almost brand new. When we asked why they were replaced the manager said "that's how we operate here". We drove away and the truck did the exact same thing it did before we took it in. I researched to problem, and determined that the most likley cause for the symptom was a pcm that needed to be updated. After several arguments. We took the truck back. I asked the manager Blain if it was standard practice to test drive the vehicles they were fixing to confirm the complaint and then after the repair to confirm the fix. He replied "that may be how you do things at your shop but i'm not gonna send every one of my techs on a test drive". I said not even after they spend $1000.00. He replied "only if the customer requests it". I said okay well can at least update the pcm for my friend. He said "that's not the problem because it's automaticly done when they hook up the scanner". Oh yeah and when asked what codes they pulled they were unable to furnish me with that info. It was not written on the RO. So $200.00 in code pulling which autozone will do for free and they can't give me the codes. They keep the truck for another day and a half before they decide to take my advice and update the pcm. They don't even offer a loaner or rental for the inconvience or the $1000.00 spent on maintenance items which were done less then a year prior to the truck at another dealer. We get the truck back after the pcm update and the complaint is fixed. It's obvious to me that Big Mike Naughton Ford IS ALL ABOUT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF at least under Blain's control it is. Maybe that's why you don't see their commercials anymore. I would let a bum on the street work on my car before I would take it to Big Mike Naughton. More

Do NOT ever take your Ford to them for Service. I have a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty and took it to them to diagnose, that's all. The truck was running pretty rough, and I knew something was wrong. However, 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty and took it to them to diagnose, that's all. The truck was running pretty rough, and I knew something was wrong. However, it was running well enough that I put over 1000 miles on it the two weeks prior to that, a lot of it highway miles. I have never ever had a problem starting it. I took it to Dan Gotta, explained to him that I want a diagnostic on the engine and to check the front end alignment and a few other things. So I get a call back from Dan a day later, and he tells me my Cam is busted and I need a new engine at a price of $5000. Thinking these guys are out of their mind, I go pickup my truck, and lo and behold, it wont run AT ALL. I cannot start it at all. They offer to help me push it to the parking lot. I inquire with the Master Technician Mike to see what he did to it, and he says it cannot be fixed, it needs a new engine. As he walks away, he makes me an offer to BUY my truck from me! Can you believe this crap? I ask Dan, who watched me drive it in with no problems, and then drove it to the back service station, what happened to my truck? He says, "Budy, I told you, you need a new engine! You barely drove it in here!" This is unbelievable to me! I have a non-drivable truck sitting in my driveway because I took it to Mike Naughton Ford to get it DIAGNOSED! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR FORD TO MIKE NAUGHTON SERVICE CENTERS! They are rip off artists!! First, the used car sales office is a dump. Old, run down, not a pleasant place to spend a couple/few hours. When we had called to inquire about a vehicle they showed online, first we were not given down, not a pleasant place to spend a couple/few hours. When we had called to inquire about a vehicle they showed online, first we were not given any pricing, and secondly were told they had "several" of the type of used vehicle in stock we were looking for....... got there, and they had TWO. Price was almost 3k hire then price shown on vehicle. We left after realizing numbers just wouldnt work, received constant phone calls from this place, one of which they told me a vehicle like we were looking for had just arrived and they could "make it work", but once again wouldnt give us any pricing over the phone, not worth a trip back across town. In addition, without out asking for it or approval, they re-ran our original credit app for the vehicle we told them we would NOT come to look at w/o first knowing the price. All in all, we found vehicle we were looking at another local Ford Dealership for about $3k less and had a GREAT expereince elsewhere. Will not reccomend "Big Mike" to anyone, anyone I like at least - ha! More

I bought a Taurus (mistake number 1) from Mike Naughton's used car lot (problem number 2) which ended up being one of the worst purchases of my life. The car would bog down without warning and simply shut off at intersections. So I returned to their service department (problem number 3) and the reception to me and my crippled car was never good. My concerns began the moment I pulled up into their 'staging lanes'. I mean, just how dependable can Fords be if they need a service department that has an entrance like a California theme park? The service department is filled with smug jerks (which goes nicely with the slimy sales staff) and they all seemed to enjoy watching customers writhe under their coarse dispositions. Anyhow, this car stranded me so many times I lost count. I personally had to replace the exhaust system ($1500) and a dozen other items contributing to another $3200 in parts and labor. My extended warranty ($1400) already covered the replacement of the motor (which I don't feel actually got replaced), but the cost for someone making less than $25k a year all these costs were crippling. Fortunately the last time the car broke down was in front of a Toyota dealership and I've never had any problems ever since.... More
The dealership was great and they went out of their way to find the exterior color with the options on it that my wife and I wanted. The Issue we had is with their finance department. They sent our informa to find the exterior color with the options on it that my wife and I wanted. The Issue we had is with their finance department. They sent our information to the wrong credit union, one I did NOT have any account opened with nor signed any paperwork with, and that CU processed our loan anyhow. In order to move it to the proper CU we were going to get charged almost $100 and Mike Naughton was not very helpful, basically telling me that it was now my responsibility to handle. I thought that was very unprofessional. Moral of the story: great service, great car, just make sure they are sending your financing paperwork to the right place. More
