Scheduled Service I love my BMW. The X one is the second BMW I have owned. I have never been to Schomp‘s for service before this visit. I recently moved here from Flor I love my BMW. The X one is the second BMW I have owned. I have never been to Schomp‘s for service before this visit. I recently moved here from Florida where all my Service work was done at the local BMW store. Brandon where is my service advisor and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and spent a lot of time doing so. I look forward to visiting the store again on my next service appointment. More
Terrible service appointment They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last c They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last call and I was promised a call from the supervisor previously. The car can’t be driven, it has coolant all over it, and I have no way to work tomorrow. I’ve never seen anything like this. The worst! More

They wanted to replace the tires I said no at this time. 2 weeks go by and due to ordering parts with very little communication during this time. Finally after 2 week I get a voice mail asking if I wanted an oil change and to replace the tires. I called back left a voice mail to say just the oil change and to call me back ASAP to talk about picking up my vehicle. I received no call back for 5 hours. finally after pestering them for a few hours I get a hold of someone and told them I could pick it up the next day now because it was to late. I said I would be there in the early AM. They never cleaned the car nor were they ready for me the next day. I can say I will never use Schomp again and that the treatment I received was horrid. worst service experience ever. More

I especially appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of Jenna Malone who went above and beyond to address my requests and explain the service, timing, etc. She is very good at her job and always focused on customer service. Service department totaled our car Just a warning so no one else has to live this nightmare . . . my husband had his mint condition 550 in for regular maintenance and after a week was c Just a warning so no one else has to live this nightmare . . . my husband had his mint condition 550 in for regular maintenance and after a week was called by the service manager to inform him that there had been an "incident." The mechanic had our vehicle out for a QA drive on 470 and caught it on fire . . . completely engulfed in flames and totaled! We weren't even met with a formal apology. After two months of crossing our fingers for a reasonable resolution from what we thought was a reputable and professional company, Schomp BMW is doing nothing to help get us in another vehicle. While pages of unprofessionalism could be documented and we should've, in the end, hired an attorney, we are not the type of people to do that. We are very reasonable people and didn't expect them to hand us a new replacement, but they didn't even offer to help find a similar vehicle to ours. We've have had to file a claim with our own insurance and have still not been given a reason for the fire by the service department. The agony of the ordeal has been unbelievable and created so much stress for us! It started bad and ended bad and we truly hope that this review will prevent this from happening to someone else.
