Miracle Worker We were driving from California to Minnesota when the check engine light came on when we got to Colorado. Called up BMW Downtown Denver and they told We were driving from California to Minnesota when the check engine light came on when we got to Colorado. Called up BMW Downtown Denver and they told us that they'd need to keep the vehicle all weekend to fix it. Thought I'd try to call Schomp BMW too. Seth answered, got us in when we got to Highlands Ranch 3 hours later, and had the car fixed the same day. Miracle worker no doubt. Totally saved our trip! More

Excellent service from Matt Mueller I didn't buy my car at Schomp BMW, but it is the only dealership I will bring it to for Service. The last several times I've worked with Matt Mueller I didn't buy my car at Schomp BMW, but it is the only dealership I will bring it to for Service. The last several times I've worked with Matt Mueller (Service Manager) and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. Even when I had to have my car towed in under emergency conditions without an appointment, Matt worked so that I could get a loaner if needed. He is also excellent at keeping you up to date on the status of the service. All in all a very positive experience for a negative circumstance of an unexpected repair! More

Scheduled Service I love my BMW. The X one is the second BMW I have owned. I have never been to Schomp‘s for service before this visit. I recently moved here from Flor I love my BMW. The X one is the second BMW I have owned. I have never been to Schomp‘s for service before this visit. I recently moved here from Florida where all my Service work was done at the local BMW store. Brandon where is my service advisor and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and spent a lot of time doing so. I look forward to visiting the store again on my next service appointment. More

Terrible service appointment They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last c They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last call and I was promised a call from the supervisor previously. The car can’t be driven, it has coolant all over it, and I have no way to work tomorrow. I’ve never seen anything like this. The worst! More

Service review Scheduled a service stop to deal with some warranty items. dropped my vehicle off and told them to add an oil change to this list. They wanted to replace the tires I said no at this time. 2 weeks go by and due to ordering parts with very little communication during this time. Finally after 2 week I get a voice mail asking if I wanted an oil change and to replace the tires. I called back left a voice mail to say just the oil change and to call me back ASAP to talk about picking up my vehicle. I received no call back for 5 hours. finally after pestering them for a few hours I get a hold of someone and told them I could pick it up the next day now because it was to late. I said I would be there in the early AM. They never cleaned the car nor were they ready for me the next day. I can say I will never use Schomp again and that the treatment I received was horrid. worst service experience ever. More
