The entire experience has been less than expected. We worked with Jeff the sales manager, as he was training a new hire. There were a few hiccups and miscommunications, but Jeff was courteous and pleasan worked with Jeff the sales manager, as he was training a new hire. There were a few hiccups and miscommunications, but Jeff was courteous and pleasant to work with. The windshield on the car was cracked and noted on the we owe. The glass needed to be special ordered. Once we started dealing with the service department is where we received terrible service. We were contacted to schedule the repair via text and told it would take about half a day. They offered a loaner car. We received a confirmation text for an 8:10am appointment. When my husband showed up on-time, they told him he was early and scheduled for 8:30, but they would squeeze him in. They gave him a 3 series which is tiny for a family 6 and one on the way. Ashley Otto called us that evening to let us know, the new windshield was also broken and they would need to keep the car overnight and into the next evening, since they had already pulled the glass out. They would need to see if they had another windshield in stock the next day and she would be in touch. We agreed that was fine. The next day we didn't receive any updates. We live about an hour north of the dealership. I happened to be down south and started calling around 4pm for an update, as I was ready to head back up north. We called the service department and they said Ashley wasn't at her desk, but they would have her call her us when she was back. a quarter after 5pm, I was still stalling from heading home. I left Ashley a voicemail and I finally reached out to Jeff to help me get in touch with Ashley. She FINALLY called back and said they did not have the windshield in stock and they installed the broken windshield. The communication or lack there of was frustrating. Driving around in a tiny car when we are a family of 6 was frustrating and having to wait another two weeks and then come back and do it again was frustrating. Ashely assured us they would call when the new windshield came in and they would get us re-scheduled. A month later we still had not heard anything. I reached out to Jeff to get an update. By the end of business day, no update from Ashley or anyone at the service department. I called the service department the next day. They said the person that could confirm if that was in stock was away from their desk, but they would call me back. Service confirmed my phone number as the line to call back. 5 hours later no call. I reached back out to Jeff. He sent another email to Ashley to check in and do her job. I found Ashley's cell phone number and left her a message. she FINALLY called me back and said she had left my husband a message just today (15 minutes earlier than I called her). She said she had no idea when the windshield came in and that she couldn't help me to schedule the appointment. She was rude and unhelpful with letting me know how to go about scheduling the appointment. Ashley's communication skills are terrible. This wouldn't have been a frustrating situation if she would have just picked up the phone and kept us in the loop. She should not be in customer service. Hoping to get an uncracked windshield into our car after almost two full months. We purchased the Tahoe, because I am pregnant and didn't want to have to deal with it once the baby arrived. Unfortunately we are still having to deal with this now. More
