Hi Chris, I got the windshield leak fixed by an auto glass company...it was not sealed at the stop and start point when it was installed. There was a gap. They fixed it for free and in 10 minutes. They did not even have to remove the windshield to fix it. I am still astonished that Schomp BMW couldn't do that for me and wanted $1600 to replace.

I appreciate your feedback and would like to note Ashley Otto was accommodating and professional the whole time! In addition, the tech (whos name I am not aware of) that came to address the issue was very professional and redid the work and returned my car back to me in great condition. After dealing with Chris I was extremely frustrated and the tech was able to turn the conversation into a positive resolution, very professional. I did not want the two positive individuals to lack the recognition they deserve for resolving the issues. Thank you for your response David and I hope you have an awesome day.
