Schomp is a great dealership because of the people that work there..People are the one factor that makes interaction with customers.bmw X5 hybrid has a great product, however the employees are the ones that work there..People are the one factor that makes interaction with customers.bmw X5 hybrid has a great product, however the employees are the ones that represent the product to the customers.David Lee is a prime example of an employee that makes a customer feel at home at the schomp dealership. He goes the extra mile to show the vehicles and is very knowegable .He is easy to work with and we would buy from him again given the opportunity. Please pass this information on to him.Everyone at the dealership was wonderful,we met the sales manager Matt Rebeck also Ron Hannon. Thanks to the Geek squad Sydney, and the hosiptality lady at the Coffee counter.Richard and Kil Ja. Gerimie, the service advisor was terrible. This is the second time in a row I had a bad experience. They are ridiculously expensive and can’t be trusted. I was quoted over 5,500 for repairs after diagnostics on top of 750 for oil change and battery. I let them replace the battery and do the oil change. I took my car to another mechanic for the other repairs. He did one of the repairs for 1/2 the price and said the other recommended repair for 4,500 was not necessary. Gerimie acted like he was doing me a big favor giving me a coupon discount saying I should have scheduled the oil change on line with the discount. I reminded him that they recommended the oil change when I arrived so it was not planned. They have lost this customer and I will never buy another BMW. More
I will not be going back here for BMW service, and you shouldn't either. My experience: -Tuesday, brought my wife's car in for our scheduled 10:15am appointment for a warranty repair -Wednesday, told shouldn't either. My experience: -Tuesday, brought my wife's car in for our scheduled 10:15am appointment for a warranty repair -Wednesday, told: "ordered part, ETA Thursday" -Thursday, told: "part arrived, should be ready on Friday" -Friday, told: "the wrong part came". Asked: how they didn't realize this on Thursday. Told: "we ordered the right part and the right part box came, wrong part in box" (seemed very hard to believe, but will become less believable soon). Told: "should be done tomorrow" -Saturday, told: "the part did not arrive on the truck today, next day we are open is Tuesday". Asked: is the part going to arrive on Tuesday? Told: "we can only know on Tuesday when the part gets scanned in off the truck." Asked: Seems like you should know if the part is on the truck when it is scanned for departure. Told: "I wish we could" (this can't possibly be true) -Tuesday afternoon, told: "The part is on backorder with no ETA, car is drivable, I will have the car ready for you to pick up later today" (how in the world did it take a week of me being without a car to find out the part is on backorder?). Told: "The car is ready for pickup". Drove in to pick up the car. Car brought out for my wife to drive home. When she gets in she sees exposed wiring and parts on the seat... the car was not put back together!?! We refuse to take the car (obviously) and are promised that the car will be put back together and delivered to our home on Wednesday. -Wednesday afternoon at 4pm no car, no word from Schomp, reached out and told: "got it done, just wrapped up". Asked: "When will it be delivered?" Told: "Tomorrow AM" -Thursday: Car finally arrives back at my house after 10 days without a car, two trips to the dealer, and countless time spent trying to get an ETA. Zero accountability. This is the service experience for a luxury brand? More
Worse repair service I have ever experienced from what I thought was one of the most reputable dealerships in Colorado. Brought my 80 year old father's BMW in on 11/10/20 for some recall work. It had a MINO thought was one of the most reputable dealerships in Colorado. Brought my 80 year old father's BMW in on 11/10/20 for some recall work. It had a MINOR oil leak which they claimed they fixed. Picked up the BMW on 11/11/20. Noticed large drips of oil on 11/13/20 only 2 days after bringing it home. Texted my SA, Jake, to let him know it was leaking and I would keep an eye on it. Was contacted by Stephen, a different SA. The leak continued to get worse, brought the vehicle back on 11/27/20. Had not even driven it 10 miles when the low oil warning light went off, schomp is 22 miles away. Stopped and put a quart of oil in, drove the BMW the 12 miles with the low oil warning light still going off. When I picked up the BMW, about a week later. I was assured it was fixed and there were no more leaks. Took the BMW to park it for the winter, happened to stop by storage on 12/24/20 and notice a large pool of oil. Reparked it to see if it was leaking. It was leaking so bad I was able to capture video footage of the leak. Contacted Stephen, who was transferred to Mini and no longer at Schomp BMW. When I called Schomp, was given yet another SA. I left a voice message with David Willoughby, my understanding is he the service manager, how ever have never received a return phone call from him. I rescheduled to bring the BMW back on 1/7/2021, however decided that my confidence in their repairs is non existent and did end up canceling. I do NOT recommend having any repairs completed here. I remember when Schomp was a smaller dealership on Broadway and the service was Amazing, maybe they have grown so much that they are not able to provide quality repair service now. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the repair service they claimed they completed. Hope this review helps others who maybe considering any repair service at Schomp. They did do some things that I would consider to be exceptional customer service, however the horrible repair job that they claimed they completed on my 80 year old father's BMW, over shadows any of the good. Wish I had read the service reviews prior to taking my vehicle there. SO DISAPPOINTED. More
Brought my X5 in for oil change and rear view mirror leak. Won't fix the rear view mirror because they say it is aftermarket windshield. I bought the car from a BMW dealership. They will replace the leak. Won't fix the rear view mirror because they say it is aftermarket windshield. I bought the car from a BMW dealership. They will replace the windshield for $1600.00 though. Called the dealership where I bought the car from and they said to clean out the dust from the sun roof and that should fix the problem since there are no breaks or cracks in the windshield to be causing the leak. If that doesn't fix it then SafeLite will repair the seal for $300 and $600 if they break the windshield while repairing the seal. I don't trust these guys anymore. More
Here is the reason that I have very bad feelings about Shcomp BMW: I brought my car in 1/1/21 at 10:15 because the on-board computer was alerting me that my brake pads needed attention. At approximat Shcomp BMW: I brought my car in 1/1/21 at 10:15 because the on-board computer was alerting me that my brake pads needed attention. At approximately 12:00, Ashley sent me a quote for the repairs which was over $1000 for 3 items needing attention, however there were 4-dollar amounts listed. I pointed this out to Ashley and she said “oh sorry that $200 charge wasn't supposed to be in there”. New brake pads were quoted at $600. I told her to proceed only with the brake pads. After checking with a friend, 20 minutes later, I texted Ashley and told per not to proceed with the brake pads. She responded that they already started the work and they couldn’t be stopped. This was only 20 minutes after the first conversation. I expressed my concern about the high cost to just replace brake pads. She said she would change the labor to $300 and parts to $177. This totals $477. I wanted to see the video of the brake pads so that I could verify that I really needed them. Ashley could not find the video. Finally, 5 hours later at 5:15 she told me that my car was ready. How could it take 5 hours to change my front brake pads if they had truly begun the work immediately after our first conversation. The next morning on 1/2/21 I went to pick up my car and Ashley was not there. Another advisor helped me and handed me my bill for over $950. I told her that this wasn’t correct. She calls a manger and they look at the bill. Come to find out Schomp had charged me twice for labor. In my frustration over that error, I paid the bill for $600.03. Upon reviewing the bill, I remember that Ashley had told me that the bill would be $477. This is what Ashley had promised. I immediately contact Ashley about the error. A few days later, on 1/5/21, I brought my car in for a warranty repair and ask about the video again which she had never sent me. She assures me she sent it again. I was due a $112.49 refund due to the miscalculation. I insist on Ashley processing the $112.49 refund while I stood there so that I could have a receipt . At this point I don’t trust the fact that she will give me the refund. I have never received the video to prove that I needed the brake pads in the first place so I text her again later that day to remind her. I've never received the video and finally she tells me she can't find the video anymore. She said that was talking with a manager trying to get it. I never hear from her again after me texting her a couple more times. Buying a BMW is a big purchase for me and now I have lost total confidence in Schomp BMW. More
Dropped off the car for an oil change and when I sat inside afterwards the car was returned to me in limp mode. I asked for a manager upon which Chris came storming out angry treating me with no respect inside afterwards the car was returned to me in limp mode. I asked for a manager upon which Chris came storming out angry treating me with no respect for their mistake. He blamed my car not the work of their employees. Service tech had to come out to solve the problem as Chris was too hot headed to solve it and stormed away. Extremely unprofessional and rude. More

My assigned rep was out so it took a long time to reassign me a new service person. I was given a loaner and they called me that afternoon to say it was repaired. Very grateful. I had asked them to if they would vacuum the car and they said of course but it was never done. It has started to vibrate again. I just called back to reschedule and they don't have a loaner for 2 weeks. The girl that answered the was not interested in helping at all. I was not going to complain or call on my experience with my first visit and it Covid has been an issue but now with the lack of customer service or help with my issue I felt like I needed to reach out. I left a message for the service manager to call me and hope that he will. So disappointing. I manage a large office of over 250 salesman. I am in the sales and service business myself and try and teach my team that customer service is number one. So disappointing. I had a choice in dealerships. It has not been a great start! More
