The reason for the lower rating in the "Price" category, is because when I was told I needed a new battery for my vehicle, I was told the price of the battery but was not informed that I would be category, is because when I was told I needed a new battery for my vehicle, I was told the price of the battery but was not informed that I would be charged an hour of labor at $126. Thinking about it later made me feel like I was tricked into agreeing to purchasing the battery even though it was needed to make the repair. More

Chris, is absolutely the BEST! Overall every time I have taken my car into Schomp BMW it has been a very pleasant experience. All staff in the service department is courteus and always willing to help.
