Right from the moment of arriving to leaving Schomp I was treated with respect and friendliness that is hard to come by these days. I have been a loyal customer of Schomp for 3 years and will continue to bring them my business as I have not been treated with the same courtesy and respect at other BMW dealers in the Metro area. Second survey associated with the same visit. Still have not received any feedback from the first survey. Drop-off experience was very good. No explanation of the work completed (other than shorthand on the work order form) and no one was available to answer questions. I had noted that squeaking brakes continue to be an issue for me-- no mention of what, if anything, was done. They continue to be an issue. No follow-up phone calls or emails-- even after I mentioned I was not entirely pleased with my overall experience. Thank you. More

There was a recall on a fuel pump, and the car had to be reprogrammed. I could not do that in the first trip because a snow storm was moving in so I brought it back. Time was not an issue for me; just gave me more time to be with my daughter. Everyone was very nice - I needed some things out of the car, and they went out of their way to get the trunk open for me. Took the 03 bmw 330xi in for a tire pressure monitor light that had be recurrent. The maintenance team ensured to take the extra time to track down all possible causes and ensure the repair was complet light that had be recurrent. The maintenance team ensured to take the extra time to track down all possible causes and ensure the repair was completed to my satisfaction while giving me a loaner car. The repair took a few days but I was kept up to date with the troubleshooting and in the end a repair that had many unusual faults and would have likely taken several trips back and forth was fully fixed in one trip. This is very important to me since I live over 70 miles away. More
I needed to have my snow tires removed and summer tires put back on our X5. Called service spoke to Steve, who said they could take care of it that day. My wife and I waited for the car in your fantastic lobby, browsed the cars in the lobby and were always greeted with a smile and hello and asked if there was anything we needed. Steve got us when the car was finished and informed us they had a found a few nails in the summer tires and took care of those for us. The car was also washed, what a treat!. We are always treat so well in your store and taking our car in for service at your dealership is never a bad thing. Schomp has created a great environment and must treat the employees well as they all seem happy to be there. I hope we can always have a Schomp BMW in our garage! Thank you Jeff and Kathy Allen More
I live near Aspen, and work, so I have to make an appt. and have a loaner car when service is required. Chris Adams ALWAYS works with me, makes sure my car is serviced correctly and does a great job.
