I've worked with Schomp for over 15 years and been so impressed with both their sales and service. I've had a LONG term relationship with the service and parts team and they are fantastic. I've worked with Albert, Amanda, Dylan and one of the managers Adrian and Keith helped greatly on a recent issue. Great BMW loaner cars, video docs for diagnosis, a top notch dealer I've been in car busisness off and on for 24 years and think this is one of the best dealers around- especially for BMW! Their service was excellent, Robert made sure that I will have my new tires on my X5 that afternoon, he was checking quite often on the progress of it in a.midst of so many things, clients he had to take care of. Over the weekend I received a message that the battery in my key needed replacing. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday, it was mostly closed except for Garrett Bourcier who went out to my car, showe my key needed replacing. I brought a 3 series diesel in. The quote was 2,900. The advisor had over $1000 worth of parts on the invoice that the vehicle didn’t even have. On top of that they reset my performance tune, also my sunroo advisor had over $1000 worth of parts on the invoice that the vehicle didn’t even have. On top of that they reset my performance tune, also my sunroof was not working along with me radio when I took possession of vehicle, they were working before they touched it. $1900 to replace my fuse box? Then I had to tow it if their lot because they erased my software and got it stuck in limp mode. I had it fixed by self in 30 min in my drive way. More
After 30 years of buying Benz from Littleton Mercedes we decided to try a BMW X5 that I enjoyed driving. The buying experIence was fine with Connor Hanlon but the service experience with Mike Gibson has be decided to try a BMW X5 that I enjoyed driving. The buying experIence was fine with Connor Hanlon but the service experience with Mike Gibson has been terrible. After we told him the car had several computer issues he stated that the problem was operator error and didn’t have the time to discuss. He then went on to be very condescending and blew me off when we picked up the vehicle. Mike Gibson was so rude and acting like we were bothering him so we went to Josh Mooney who jumped in to help and signed us out so we could pick up the car - we were done with Gibson! Ryan Murphy in the Genius Dept was also helpful, friendly, considerate and confirming it was NEVER operator error and that BMW was following up with program updates in March to fix the huge problem that many are experiencing with this vehicle. He also offered to help anytime if needed in the future. More

Have had our BMW in three times for an oil leak. Wen to pick up today as they said it was all fixed. Did not even take our car off the lot as it still had leakage.
