My wife and I were driving cross country from NJ to CA and was passing through Colorado when we discovered a severe gash in our back rear tire. We brought our BMW X5 into Schomp BMW to see if someone can and was passing through Colorado when we discovered a severe gash in our back rear tire. We brought our BMW X5 into Schomp BMW to see if someone can take a look at the damage and service the car. Immediately upon arrival, the Service Consultant (Mike Gibson) understood our situation and had a technician start working on the car immediately. They not only repaired the one back tire, but performed a complete review of the rest of the car and found the other back tire with a nail in it (which they plugged), as well as noticed the car was due to for its next scheduled maintenance (covered under warranty). Mike explained all this to us and said they could get all this done now why we wait. Everything took about 2 hours and we were ready to hit the road again. Overall it was a great experience and will be recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking for a BMW in Colorado. Thanks! More
I had called in to make an appointment for a recall, but when Stuart called me back, he indicated that he would need the car longer as there were actually 3 recalls that needed to be completed. I had an appointment for a windshield insurance replacement on Tuesday May 23 and I completely forgot it - Jim was kind and helpful and did not make me feel bad in the least. He then rescheduled i replacement on Tuesday May 23 and I completely forgot it - Jim was kind and helpful and did not make me feel bad in the least. He then rescheduled it for a week later on May 30 - he even called me the morning of the appointment to remind me of it - a very nice gesture and I appreciated it. Great experience with my first service on the new car. Chris is my service contact and he was able to get me in at a time good for me and a loaner car was at my disposal. Ralph Schomp BMW Service is a friendly, efficient operation. At 7:25 AM, they had me in and out within 10 minutes, on my way to work in a loaner car. They called by midmorning to let me know that my car was in good shape, requiring only the normal oil/fluids/inspection, ready for pickup by 6:00 PM. When I returned at 5:40 PM, they had me on my way home within 10 minutes. This is a huge change from my previous dealer, Prestige Audi, where there was always a long wait, sometimes no loaner car, and overselling on services that didn't really need to be performed. I had a BMW 5 series that I loved for many years, so why I ever bought an Audi is beyond me. I'm so glad to be back in a BMW and with Ralph Schomp! 6 stars on a scale of 5. More
