Our car was brought in twice over a two week period. The first time for 100,000 service and a/c repair, the second for a noise coming from the front of the car. There were automated recommendations for service that had no basis from the inspection. Some recommendations were never discussed or acted upon. Here are some of the items: - I was told that the manual transmission fluid needed changing, but my car is not a manual transmission. - For all suggested inspection items, green check marks were provided, but no specifics were given as to what was observed or found. - It was recommended to fix a dashlight that is working fine for $2,100. - When we took the car back in because there was a noise in the front, we told them it sounded either like a belt squealing or a teapot boiling. The recommended maintenance suggested the power a/c belt was damaged and cracked, yet this was never discussed with us while the car was in the shop. After several days in the shop, the conclusion we were provided was the windshield was not sealed properly. We will know if this is true or not tomorrow. More

Schomp BMW and their employees should be recognized for their attention to detail. From the person who meets you in the drive through, to the Service Advisor, the person helping you obtain a loaner car, t their attention to detail. From the person who meets you in the drive through, to the Service Advisor, the person helping you obtain a loaner car, to the cashier, all of the personnel are helpful and seem happy to be able to be of assistance and pleased to take pride in the job they perform. I had no direct contact with the tech who performed the work. but everything appears to have been done in a very orderly fashion. More

I have had extensive return visits to address the engine light problem coming back on and I don't think I'm exaggerating at 8 to 10 return trips to "fix" the problem. I know Chris and his team have done everything possible and I have nothing but praise for his professional and friendly interaction with me. We have a little joke between us for the number of times I have returned with the same issue but he has consistently done his best to find a solution. I must have selected an X-5 that loves to come back to the dealership cause it has spent as much time there as in my garage. More

Billy Cosbey is a great asset to Schomp BMW. His attenttion to customer service is outstanding. While my car was being worked on, I was completely in the loop as to the status of my car. Had bad gasoline and the car stalled out 150 miles from dealer. BMW towed the car to schomp. They gave me a loaner car with no notice.
