paul Liam ws awesome, from the time we arrived till we left nothing but first class treatment..never have i enjoyed buying a car ..and I love my x5 . I don't consider this a problem. I thought this was a normal service when you brought your car into BMW. I would have said something that day but I was in a hurry to get somewhere. The customer service is great but I wish they would go the extra step when fixing your car. I have brought my car in twice to have the DVD player fixed and it is still not working. I'm 700 miles away from my 50K service and they should have just done it at the same time but didn't. I would like them to be a little more proactive when fixing your car. Christian is always very friendly and helpful and makes sure I have a loaner car to meet my needs. More

Since purchasing my certified used 2004 BMW x5 at Ralph Schomp on Broadway in 2007 I have never had any major issues with the vehicle and Schomp has always treated me as if I was bringing their newest mode Schomp on Broadway in 2007 I have never had any major issues with the vehicle and Schomp has always treated me as if I was bringing their newest model for service. The service has always prompt and friendly and with the extended warranty that I bought at the time of purchase the out of pocket for any service that did need to be done was always minimal. I paid by vehicle off at the beginning of this year and the 36 month warranty had expired in November of last year. I took my car in for an all-points 100,000 mile inspection recently and though it did cost me nearly $2,500 I feel confident that the work provided was quality and should make my vehicle last that much longer. Stuart honored a coupon I had that discounted the overall work and parts from $3,000 down to about $2,400 and also provided me with a free loaner for two days while they worked on my car. When I am ready to trade up this vehicle to a newer model I will defintely be coming back to Schomp. It has been a pleasant experience now for almost four years! Thank you. More

Just a quick note to say what a positive experience I have had on the two most recent visits to Schomp BMW. I recently purchased a BMW from another state (not a BMW dealer) and have brought the car to Sc have had on the two most recent visits to Schomp BMW. I recently purchased a BMW from another state (not a BMW dealer) and have brought the car to Schomp for several things already. 1. Lug Nuts and windshield wiper blades 2. Assistance with the blue tooth 3. Issue with dash warning lights The parts department guys were very friendly and helpful with getting me what I needed, as well as providing a price list of other parts that I thought I might purchase. During this strip, a service tech was extremely helpful with obtaining the bluetooth connection code for the car and pairing my phone. I also had to leave the car with them due to warning lights on the dash indicating that there was a problem with the brakes. It turns out that it was due to a malfunction resulting from the DSC not being turned off during an emissions test. The computer was re-set and all is well. The best part was when Ricky presented the final paperwork indicating that they had done an inspection, changed the oil, and replaced the wiper blades. I was quite shocked as I did not request this. It turns out that the vehicle has approximately 15 more months left on the extended service plan! This was news to me and made my day! I am not sure why Ricky went ahead and had them change the oil and do the other stuff, but it was extremely appreciated. Now, if I can only get them to replace my rusted rotors, that would be even better! Should I decide to purchase another BMW after this one, rest assured, Schomp is the place I will go! More
