I have included excerpts from a letter I composed and sent to BMW USA on January 5, 2013. I received a response from them albeit "lip service". I did not receive a response from Ralph Schomp BMW. "I scheduled an appointment with this dealer on January 2, 2013, my clock and data had been resetting intermittently and the tire pressure monitor system indicated low pressure in all 4 tires. I received word from the rep that the battery needed to be replaced and that they checked the TPM system and resolved the issue. I picked it up that afternoon and met friends for dinner that evening. When I returned to my car, the tire pressure monitor indicated low pressure in the front passenger tire, at that point I was not concerned until I was on the road and noticed the car was pulling to the right. When I finally located a gas station with an air pump, I noticed that the valve stem cap was missing. I would have not been concerned had it 1) been a standard factory valve cap and 2) not been in for service a few hours prior to this occurring. Cutting to the chase, the general service manager contacted me and argued about sending me a replacement. After spending 20 minutes on the phone and leaving a voice message regarding my intention to contact BMW USA, he finally relented and sent a replacement." I found their customer service to be somewhat non existent, with the exception of Patricia who attempted to resolve my issue. More
I have had my vehicle serviced at Schomp twice in the past month (two unrelated matters). My service experience each time was exceptional. The team at Schomp is friendly, timely, and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and help get through the process quickly. Each time, I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the day (which helped me and my family tremendously since we were not without a vehicle for that day). I was also extremely pleased with the price of the services that were performed. I expected a bit of sticker shock when the bill was presented, but each time I was pleasantly surprised. With the level of service Schomp has provided, they are earning a long term customer. I didn't expect that to be the case, but they are going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and they are earning my continued business. If you've stayed away because of the fear of dealer pricing for service, then don't. Their pricing for normal, every day services is competitive. More

This place is amazing. Great experience the moment I open the door. I was promptly greeted each time. I have brought my car here for the last five years for maintenance and NEVER had an issue. The service advisors were very helpful and knowledgable. I was always impressed with the quality service that I received. They have done tremendous services for me, but the two services that stood them out from other dealers were that they fixed my AC and replaced my water pump even when my guarantee was already expired! To me, I truly believed they will always stand behind their products! More

In fact, my tech Chad regularly calls me to explain things regarding my car, which I greatly appreciate and I think is uncommon at most dealerships. Also, they are extremely professional and courteous in all their interactions with me. If you are looking for a place to take your BMW for service, I highly recommend Schomp BMW, you won't be dissapointed! More

My history with Schomp is this: I have purchased two vehicles as well as traded-in two vehicles. Also, I have serviced my BMW at Schomp: Buy/Trade Experience: Schomp's professionalism and friendly a vehicles as well as traded-in two vehicles. Also, I have serviced my BMW at Schomp: Buy/Trade Experience: Schomp's professionalism and friendly approach to the car buying and trading process is amongst the best I've experienced. There is no hidden agenda, no "wild card" played by the sales consultants that surprise you at the end of the sale or any other hidden trick. Schomp sales consultant are professional, straight forward and honest. Service: Highly recommended. On two occasions they have worked with me to "fit-me in" to an already crowded service schedule. There is another BMW dealer in town(much closer to my house) that does not have that same "we'll try" attitude. The other dealer's attitude is "take it or leave it buddy, we're busy and if you want service you've gotta get in line". Schomp will at least make the effort to try and accommodate you first and then offer suggestions second. To me, this is a sign of great service and a well-coached team. My most recent service experience at Schomp included putting new tires on my vehicle. Ordinarily, I would not consider using the dealership for this type of purchase and instead I would go to my local discount tire shop. In this case, Schomp's price was extremely competitive, they had the tires in stock and they took great care of me. All around, I would say Schomp BMW is a great place to do business and their top level service is not by accident, it's coached at all levels. More

Matt went out of his way to try and find the problem with my car, fit me in to the schedule, and was extremely friendly the whole time. When I first arrived, however, for some reason I was not on the schedu my car, fit me in to the schedule, and was extremely friendly the whole time. When I first arrived, however, for some reason I was not on the schedule. I kept getting asked who I talked to. I didn't remember who I talked to, and it was a little annoying that I was made to feel like I just stopped by and they couldn't help me. At any rate, like I said above, once Matt got involved he made it work with no problems. More
