Better than expected I expected high standards as a BMW is something special; however, I was pleasant surprised with the professionalism of Schomp BMW employees. My salesman, Justin Albrecht helped me choose which car was right for me and genius employees Phil (not sure what his last name, older gentleman who explains features of the car) and David Toben were exceptional. These gentlemen were friendly, very helpful and found a way of explaining the features of the car in such a manner that I did not feel stupid. I am sure that I will be contacting these men again as I become more familiar with the car, and thankfully I am sure that my inquiries will be welcomed. They represent Schomp and BMW very well - I will refer friends and enjoy the BMW experience. More

They are very professional, knowledgeable and they both have great talents on handling demanding customers such as myself. Always helpful!! I bought my first BMW in April. I have been amazed at the customer service of Matt Daymude, who sold us the car and all those in the service departmen I bought my first BMW in April. My wife and I, purchased a 2011 328ix in December of 2011. Since, that time we have had a number of service appointments and all were positive experiences. Recently, the service soon light came on and g 2011. Since, that time we have had a number of service appointments and all were positive experiences. Recently, the service soon light came on and got an appointment with Andrew within 2 days. There was lots of work to be done; replace filter, oil change, few other things, cost to me was $50 co pay only. All work was under warranty and with a smile. Service is what keep us customers returning to the dealer and having a person like Andrew will keep this 67 year old coming back. They are great. More
I have included excerpts from a letter I composed and sent to BMW USA on January 5, 2013. I received a response from them albeit "lip service". I did not receive a response from Ralph Schomp BMW. "I sche sent to BMW USA on January 5, 2013. I received a response from them albeit "lip service". I did not receive a response from Ralph Schomp BMW. "I scheduled an appointment with this dealer on January 2, 2013, my clock and data had been resetting intermittently and the tire pressure monitor system indicated low pressure in all 4 tires. I received word from the rep that the battery needed to be replaced and that they checked the TPM system and resolved the issue. I picked it up that afternoon and met friends for dinner that evening. When I returned to my car, the tire pressure monitor indicated low pressure in the front passenger tire, at that point I was not concerned until I was on the road and noticed the car was pulling to the right. When I finally located a gas station with an air pump, I noticed that the valve stem cap was missing. I would have not been concerned had it 1) been a standard factory valve cap and 2) not been in for service a few hours prior to this occurring. Cutting to the chase, the general service manager contacted me and argued about sending me a replacement. After spending 20 minutes on the phone and leaving a voice message regarding my intention to contact BMW USA, he finally relented and sent a replacement." I found their customer service to be somewhat non existent, with the exception of Patricia who attempted to resolve my issue. More
I have had my vehicle serviced at Schomp twice in the past month (two unrelated matters). My service experience each time was exceptional. The team at Schomp is friendly, timely, and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and help get through the process quickly. Each time, I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the day (which helped me and my family tremendously since we were not without a vehicle for that day). I was also extremely pleased with the price of the services that were performed. I expected a bit of sticker shock when the bill was presented, but each time I was pleasantly surprised. With the level of service Schomp has provided, they are earning a long term customer. I didn't expect that to be the case, but they are going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and they are earning my continued business. If you've stayed away because of the fear of dealer pricing for service, then don't. Their pricing for normal, every day services is competitive. More
