He's a delightful guy, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I know I can trust what he tells me about my vehicles, both an X3 and a 328i Convertible. I know that when I get my car back, it will be fixed to my satisfaction and will be clean inside and out. I have enjoyed our relationship and hope to be able to continue it for many years to come. Terrible customer service They Never clearly tell you what service you are elligible for after paying tons of money for services and maintenances. Very rude and impaitient sale They Never clearly tell you what service you are elligible for after paying tons of money for services and maintenances. Very rude and impaitient sales and service crew. Just fakely giving smiles but dnt do the job right. When took the car from the service, the service advisor even didnt bother to discuss the issues in person and didnt show up. for a simple question of what are the covered items in the contract plan, i was shoot to 6 different numbers and people and finally not even an answer. Sales person on the phone just hung up on me! I did not even raise my voice and was very calm and just trying to find out info about coverages. After they sell the car, you would regret buying it from Schomp! More

Service department does a great job! I have taken my car in multiple times and the last 2 times were sudden situations and they were able to get my car in the same day and in both cases a I have taken my car in multiple times and the last 2 times were sudden situations and they were able to get my car in the same day and in both cases also gave me a loaner car. Never had any kind of issue and they've always treated me excellent. I actually drive further to get my car serviced by them over the other dealership in town. More
